Probably not in the mainstream but there will always be groups of people who approve.

The real question is when will breeches and jodhpurs make a comeback, I saw a stage production of shakespeare's twelfth night and when Viola was Cesario the actor had these killer boots and looked effay as fuck

were just at a place in history where it wouldnt make sense. production and materials have advanced past this, it wouldnt make sense except like a revival period, but its too far gone for that. you might see it in formal wear but it will never be a mainstream normie thing to wear a waistcoat with a pocketwatch and a newsboy hat

well quite a few designers are doing trousers with a similar fit. you've got to update it a bit so people don't think you're actually going horse riding. easily worked into a milsurp or techwear or lunar fit with lower, moe modern boots and maybe different colour for the trousers
