Are transparent eyeglasses frames OK? Been thinking of getting

just buy a pair of clear frames and leave the demo lenses in them

then for your next pair get a real set of glasses

They have to be real lenses. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to see. My vision is really bad without my glasses; 20/400.

Also, I don't think this is a trend. I haven't seen a single person with transparent frames in real life and I live in a big city (NYC).

the shape fits my face well i already own this frame in a different color so i know it works well for me.

also as you get a frame that works well with your face you should avoid looking like tool

Get rounder shape, square and large will start to look like safety specs. Smaller and/or rounder looks more deliberate.

I think they can look good on a lot of people if you opt for the right model. Mine have tortoise brown temples and a subtle brown tint so they are not too bright

i haven't had much experience with oliver peoples i know they are own by luxottica ive had my moscots for about 2 years theyve held up great so im buying a 2nd pair
