That's converse addict models, not even close to all Japanese converse. The nike insoles are more comfortable, but the construction and durability (not to mention aesthetic value) is far more desirable with Addict models.

I'm sure they'll eventually combine the technology in the converse addict line.

Y'all should really get the original chucks in white for 50 bucks before getting this one. This one stains much easier and the stains are harder to get out.

No, pretty much any gym will not let you go barefoot. Unless you can really develop a relationship with the staff and they trust you not to hurt yourself. It would have to be a small, independently run gym too, none of the big box gyms will let you no matter what, they can't risk a lawsuit if a plate somehow falls on your foot
