A couple of tips for short lads

The general idea is to keep attention higher up and not towards your short little legs. First thing is wearing a brighter top and darker pants/shoes. It might also mean cuffing your pants might be a bad idea, if the cuff is really visible. By the same token, be careful with eye-grabbing clunky shoes, like larger boots.

Wearing baggier clothing is definitely doable, but with a shorter height it can make you look like you're wearing your dad's clothes. Shorter lads might do well to wear slimmer pants and lengthier shirts, since your short little legs are not your strong point, but a (relatively) longer torso might be.

Vertical lines are favourable, horizontal are not. Unfortunately most shirts that you get with verticle stripes kind of look like bowling shirts, but vertical lines can be made with a couple of open tops, ie open zip hoody underneath open jacket.

It might sound ridiculous, but hats are great, not just for an extra inch of height or whatever, but also for keeping attention towards your head/upper and away from your short, little legs.
