Because whatever I do, however long/short my hair is, whatever product I put in it, it always fucks up after about 30 minutes and looks awful.

The thing that worked the most was using a SHITLOAD of hair gel on wet hair, then I combed it back then after wards sprayed the whole thing with hair spray. It took about 40 minutes to do.

Even then though, it made it look really bad and some parts at the back weren't 100% straight so it looked shitty.

I'm 26 and have been trying regularly for about 5-6 years now.
