Hey, I need some help on weightloss. Im 169cm 48kg femonon. I have a great skinny top and calves but my thigs are thick. I decided to go on a 30 days liquid diet. I dont do sports just light exercise. Also I would normally eat around 800-1000kcals a day. Help pls

You can't choose where fat is removed. Your thighs might just be the last to go. Don't go crazy, figure out your TDEE (how many calories you burn at rest + any exercise you do) and then subtract 350-500kcal. I'd stay above 600kcal per day because below that, in my experience, things really shut down. You can try it, but, for me I started feeling pretty ill after a week of that.
Eating that little of calories I wouldn't exercise much, maybe just do some light walking and stretching to get things in check.
Can you take a photograph of your body (cover your face) so I can get a better idea of how thick they are in proportion to the rest of you? Basically just want to see if you are a complete nutcase or if dropping some more is worthwhile - and it can be hard to judge yourself because we always look thicker than we are to ourselves.

Because you're not getting nutrients so your body falls a part. Hair and skin and nails is keratinized protein from your body, and when you're not getting protein then your hair is gonna fall out. Mild effect compared to your organs shutting down and getting a heart attack or losing eye sight.
Nah it comes back. It might get a bit thinner and you get some peach fuzz on your neck and arms. If you start getting that just increase your calories a bit and it goes away. That's just your body trying to keep warm, and the hair on your head is just lack of nutrients probably.

I need pants that I can wear at the standard 2-3" below my belly button without my privates being forced into the leg side of the inseam (need to conceal bulge or it looks indecent). Some men's pants don't provide enough room here even when worn 5" below navel, I don't get it.
Calculate your TDEE. Then figure with a -500kcal deficit you'll drop a pound a week (-3500kcal is a pound). So for 6lbs would be a month and a half. In practical purposes the first time you take a shit it'll be a pound so would likely be faster.
If you want to do it in a month try for -750kcal, but now you are pushing what is considered healthy.

Thanks for the reply, but I always feel like there's then too much of a disparity between my weight in the morning and then at night. I feel like by weighing myself in the morning that I'm going easy on myself because I haven't eaten anything for *+ hours so naturally I'll appear to weigh less. But later when if I weigh myself at night it looks like I've gained 4-5 lbs and then I just end up feeling like shit. I suppose I should just pick one time and stick to it.

You have to exercise without a caloric surplus. Exercise will help prevent your muscles from being catabolized, even if they don't get any stronger. That's how you get the skeltal or otter look.
If you want to be like the dude in the picture, then bulking won't help. Bulking's when you get fatter to then convert it into muscle mass. Idk what to do to help you since I'm the skinny fat dude.
