-you will have to find a model with a pussy mesh (i use the one that comes with the tda miku model, which probably is from another one, i don't know), and erase everything else, keep some bones so the weighting doesn't disappear, then you save it and move it (along with the textures) to the folder of the model you want to put that mesh.
now on the model you want that pussy, you need to erase some of the vertex that is in the crotch, to make room for the new mesh, then you import it and put it there (change the vagina's texture to the body's so the color matched, of course).
now here comes the tricky part: you have to resize the vagina mesh to make it fit, and probably erase more vertex. after that, and for better results, you have to combine/"bind" the vertex from the crotch with the vertex of the vag, so it doesn't look like it has holes, sadly this could fuck up the UV map/texture mapping

It's not complicated, but it needs a little bit of 3D skills.

Basically:

Extract a pussy from a model that you want to implant in another model. Clear the vertices in the destination model. Add the pussy. Line up the border vertices and combine them. Recalculate the Normals (there is a function in PMDEditor for that). Work on the texture(s) to make them match between the body and the pussy area.


I do this all the time with any model I want to enhance. It take a bit of time, but it's worth it.

I suggest that you start to play with PMD Editor and get used to it. It's your friend!

the SFM community is infinitely more willing to share than the MMD community.

I've had to scour the depths of the internet to find what I've found for MMD, when most of the most well done SFM models are just released on SFMLab to be conveniently downloaded by anyone who wants to register.

The SFM scene however, is horribly lazy when it comes to actually animating. I could name the top 3 SFM animators, and no one else, because the majority of the animations that come out of SFM are pretty awful.

SFM also seems to be stagnating hard. There are way too many fucking Mass Effect animations. No one wants to make something new, and they just rely on LordAardvark or whoever to release their newest headhack on the skyrim body.

Although MMD is pretty bad too with all the TDA shit, so I'm not sure which one is worse.

This is one thing SFM is terrible at. With MMD you can share motions. Everyone has the popular motions, and you can make amazing videos without ever editing a single animation. With SFM, there are no shared motions (that I know of), so if you want to make a movie, have fun moving and rotating a million bones to make a fluid animation.

So I am totally new to MMD but before I get too involved I wanted to get some MMD buffs to let me know if I should just stop now. I do not really want to create anything elaborate or possibly not really create at all. I have some experience with TK17 (which I know is completely different but hear me out)... Stripping in MMD is task consuming, easiest way is cheating using different models or simple slider while ignoring physic collision and it will make the stripping looks weird because there are no actual physic or weight collision between the clothes and skin.
You also can try make your own edit using PMXeditor, add physic, weight and special bones arrangement to each part of clothes you want make in stripping. But it still won't act natural when the clothes bodies start hitting the model body.
Most of the time I make video using the cheating method but it always end up weird like any other video who used same method so I never used it again.

Stripping in MMD can be better if it used Softbody physic like in MMM, so the collision feels more natural.
Pic related, you can make a physic bodies that resemble softbody in MMD but its still far beyond actual softbody.in MMM and it will kill your CPU because the model used too many physic bodies and the fabric still act like a cardboard paper when you see them in close up.

If a R18 creator really care about stripping then they should stop using MMD and start using MMM because softbody is a great software for stripping video.

If you at least as old as me then you could at least create your own content.
3D animation is not as easy as like writing a fan fiction, even great porn tool like SFM suffer with lazy looping animation in the lowtier animator scene.
MMD is more likable to me because its easy to add animation to your favorite character unlike SFM, that's why most people used similar motion every time.
People don't care about the copy paste motion problem as long they got to see their favorite model doing lewd stuff.
But compare to other Poser program MMD is still far superior in making lewd 3D animation for custom model.

I do feels the R18 motion scene are getting stagnant because I literally almost owned all shareable R18 motion that exist in the internet and watching new videos are pretty much redundant when I can load my own model and the said motion.
So instead complaining, I customize all motion I got(mainly PSY), save them as PMM instead of wasting hours to render them and watch them whenever I like. Even better in MMD I can control the camera movement freely, something that impossible to do in regular MMD videos.
I don't feel any obligation to upload them since I mainly used MMD to fap.

Complaining won't get you anywhere, 3D animation is not as easy as you think. animated your own shit.
But don't bother to share them if the model moved like a soulless robot.

first you need to find a breast from a nude model that could fill the gap, in this case since the breasts that we want to fill are small, we need to use a model with small breasts or similar, i'm going to use tda rin.
in pmxeditor select the mesh that has her breasts and erase everything else, because the tda body was created from the darkstalker body, the breast mesh is in two separate materials, for commodity i combine them.
now you need to erase the vertex of the remaining material so it can be easily to manipulate, and later save it as a separate pmx file, after that move that file to the folder the model you want to add that part and import it to the model.
from there erase more vertex to your hearts content to fit it in the hole, you can also resize or rotate it and move it near the gap, use the subscreen to see your progress. in this case i only imported one breast so once you done fixing the position, select the mesh and mirror it.
now we should combine the vertex, but first we need to give this white mesh the texture of the body and then edit some stuff with the uv mapping plugin (this part is important, doing it bad/not doing it at all will make the model look bad when you combine the vertex)
select the breast areola mesh from the uv map and move it where the gap is; for commodity, i move the areola material near the body material in the list so i can see it better.
once you did that you start combining the vertex, for better visibility put the camera inside the model and combine the vertex of the gap with the nearest vertex of the areola, careful with not combining other vertex. do this on the other side as well
i'll continue on next post, since i'm at almost the post limit

once you combine the vertex there shouldn't be any gaps, don't worry if it happens though, pick the alone vertex and see which one of the already combined ones can fit with it and re-combine it.
now for the nipple, in this texture, the nipple is not on the breast, so we have to move the nipple mesh in the uv mapping and put it where it is, but at this point doing that will fuck up the mapping of the entire breast, because of the shared vertex, so you have to select the areola mesh and click on separation of the shared vertex on the selected face tab, and then select only the nipple mesh and click "is taken to a new material" on the same tab
now you can freely move those nips. and with that you are done with the breast gaps. check if the weighting doesn't have any problems, for this model the spine bone has complete control of the torso mesh and the breasts, so the new mesh should be 100% too. for the vag you can use the same panty that comes with the model, it has the same vertex position and all, so you need to erase the unnecesary vertex and combine it, again check the uv mapping plugin before you do that and put the vag mesh in the gap that the crotch should have. once you done, pick three of the vertex of the vag and move it up just a little to give it a slit.
this process can be done with any model, you just need to see how it can be fit, sometimes you don't even need to import meshes from other models; clothes usually are done with the body on base so they could have the necesary mesh. the complicated part is when they have physics.
this could take some tries but once you can make it look good/decent for you, this could open a new world of options for different models that the creators cockblock you with erasing their parts
