Rui waifu anon here. I've thought about this a lot, unsurprisingly. I imagine him as being ~7" when flaccid, and no less than 8"x6" when erect. Probably uncircumcised, with foreskin that just manages to cover the head when flaccid, but that exposes about 1/4-1/3 or even up to 1/2 of it when erect and unpeeled.
