If you want to do some color work the code geass one isn't actually too bad since the shading is built into the picture (although you'd probably have to muck about with the contrast a bit), and the megaman ones lend themselves well to flats or relatively basic cell shading

I know this isn't the most interesting request, but I'd be very grateful if somebody could remove the toothbrush and its shadow from the image.

Honestly I couldn't tell you as I don't have that much experience with it, though I imagine that since it's damn near all flat colours it shouldn't be too difficult. That said if you're just doing it through changing the colour balance you may end up changing both blues at once. Hope that helps my man.
