It was basically some friends playing a board game, based on Jumanji, where they'd pull cards and the cards would say some sex-based action or body modification that would then be inflicted on the draw-er. hey /d/, I'm looking for a tv story I read awile back, but lost it. It was something like a guy who has been shuffled around from foster home to foster home winds up at a really strict all boys boarding school that deals out punishment in the form of a certain magical wooden paddle that turns the boys into girls, and they have to have sex to turn back. Every time they are punished again, they get sexier and more "in love" with their female bodies, teachers were incredibly hot, and that's pretty much all I can remember. Ohhhh yes, I remember that story. Miss Sheila DeVille's School for Wayward Boys by Ed Miller. I put it in the tg story pastebin circeling around /aco/. It's probably one of the best tg/tf stories ever written with a sick ass concept and amazing execution. Only problem I have is that Ed's writing style isn't exactly the best, but that doesn't matter because his story spawned 2 sequels by other writers. My ideal fantasy stories are often darker. I like ones where the tg change alters someone in power. A businessman gets body swapped into a secretary or trophy wife. A fantasy hero has the evil wizard turn him into a slave girl. That mighty superhero gets changed into a ditzy bimbo. Or like this caption, a guy wants to get tged, but gets so more than he expected. The stories don't always have to end badly. Sometimes the victim can overcome the odds and turn the tables. Those are good too. But I also like the ones where the character doesn't win. He's stuck with that body and his new life forever.

I could write an essay on different scenarios I like. As a whole, my preferences tend to run towards:

> magic or superscience based transformation
> a focus on the character's internal reactions/inner monologue
> subtler mental changes that work on the instinctual level rather than affecting conscious personality

I like analogues and opposites - punk guy to punk girl has some mileage, but punk guy to daddy's little princess has more potential for interesting adaptation clashes.

In my "serious" scenarios I like a certain amount of inner conflict, where the main character is being seduced by their new sensations, or by offers of power, or by their circumstances. In the "best ends" they fight through, usually remain female but gain love, success and/or power anyway. In the "bad ends" they give in to temptation and become a sexy supervillain/bond villain at best and lose everything at worst.

For more comedic, short term stuff I actually like flat out random transformations, too. In the style of Quantum Leap - press a button and get a new body for a day or two, with access to new memories and everything you need to "stay in character". You can have fun with it and do whatever you want, but before you change back you have to complete some task in the life of the girl you are - you might be a schoolgirl with an exam to take, a business woman with an important presentation, an expecting mother panicking about her first scan, a nun finalising her vows or a whore with her first client - you don't get to know until you press the button. Would you?

Yeah I would struggle with things like dresses and makeup and whatever else goes on in these stories. Not because I'm afraid of it affecting me, just because those things are strange and new and uncomfortable. And like all strange and new things, they are only that way for so long.

I tend to prefer modern day or science fiction settings, but that's flexible depending on the story. However, when the character just instantly becomes someone else and loses all their memories, it loses all appeal to me. It's not a transformation then, it's just a replacement.

It's a hard line to walk because I think mental changes, especially forced mental changes, are incredibly hot. When you have the character struggle with their own thoughts and new urges, wondering where they came from, I'm fucking diamonds. However, I prefer a "happy" ending (the character overcomes or makes peace with the changes), but having the original memories there in some way or another is crucial.

The struggle, the Fly-like transformation, the identity questions, that's what makes a story for me.

I mean, it's easy to say in the abstract, but if you're a straight guy and you see yourself as a straight guy but then you start fantasizing about other men and riding dicks, are you still a "straight guy"? And if "you" were a "straight guy" and no you're longer a straight guy, are you still "you"?

Plus, even if you became a guy again, the memories of those urges and experiences will stick around. Actually, that's something that a lot of TG fic ignores - the aftermath of turning back. That could make for a great, if decidedly unsexy, story.

Copyright itself is an affront to natural law. You may as well bitch about people have the capacity to remember things.

If you ever share something with someone, THAT'S IT. It's done. It's out there. You can't bottle that back up, ever. You don't want people to see things you make, don't make them.

You think we care about manga artists being paid? We fucking don't. Do it for free, do it for money if you can. Nobody here cares. Nobody anywhere cares.

Fundamentally you are trying to sell information that can be reproduced millions of times, for free, by the very first person you sell it to. Your business model is fucking flawed and whining that reality isn't being fair isn't going to change it.

Either work around the facts of the way the market works, or get out of the market.

Why did nowbody used copyright infringment as a base idea for their tsf/tg work?

Just imagine: in the future - DRM sucked. So companies turned on some shady service providers.

idea 1: organized like a mafia - some shaddy guys kidnap copyright infringers and make them "pay" for their deed - by forced feminization into prostitutes - which will be featured in the upcoming works

idea 2: cursed labels - only the orignal work has a counter spell, everyone else gets cursed by some gipsy/demonic entity and turns into woman

tsf_f could also get his "revenge" on those boards and sites by referring them in his works (alternative names of course)... instead of sadpanda and chan you could call it cryingmarmal and weboo-tan... have fun
