You don't understand the programming aspects. Gender isn't a major code attribute in Skyrim. That means that in order for a mod like this to have happened, it took two steps.

1) Writing a (shitty, but workable with imagination) vore system into the game. At this point you have a working mod that anyone can enjoy.

2) Adding in a bunch of, essentially, DRM to strip away half of the mods functionality, just so the guy "in charge" of the mod team doesn't throw a hissyfit about his obsession with penises.

We know the functional version existed, because it was really easy to fix the earliest versions of the thing. (which were deleted off Ekas before anyone realized they'd be important)

Yes, it'd be nice if someone unrelated would step up and do part one all over again from scratch. But that doesn't have anything to do with the overwhelming and indefensible faggotry that led to part two happening in the first place.
