Super long day. Sorry for starting late. Hopefully some David Spider-Man will make things better (it certainly makes me feel better).

STILL ALIVE!
This page cracked me up
Just fucking die already Jonah. You've worn out your welcome years ago.
Jameson is batshit insane. Dude needs to be put down like a dog at this point.
>>91312505
you must really love 2099 for you to storytime it three threads in a row.
>>91314879
More like avoiding Slott at all costs. I re-read some of his earlier stories (New Ways to Die) and now I want that fat man to either travel back in time and pull his past self into the future to take over or to die of heart failure (no one would doubt it) and let someone else write. I know that's morbid but after reading some quality Spider-Man over the past week, Slott can suck it.
This Captain America makes my dick diamonds.
>Mommy! I found Carmen Sandiego!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAH
I would have torn her throat out and shoved her carcass down the crapper. Ain't got time to put up with crazy. Probably why I'd make a terrible hero but I'll get over it.
Didn't even know this was going to happen. Glad to see tearing out her throat would have been a rock solid plan.

This kills the nineties kid in me...
I loved X-Men 2099. Bloodhawk was the first Halloween costume I ever made myself(Wel, with parents' help...).
Only one more issue, then I'm going to storytime some more Spider-Man...
Shocking awesome. Thanks again, Bro.
>>91315636RIp ninja costumeher new costume looks decent just need a little more red.
>>91315658
Like your thinking

>Like your thinking
Thank you.I loved Elektra
Stupid question, but if I run review sessions on the weekends for my different classes can I put that on a resume? I'm used to mostly putting research, clinical, and teaching related experience on there and wanted to know if a jerb would be interested in tutoring in my free time. Worried it might just be interpreted as masturbating myself
OH FUCK!!!
I haven't keep with 2099 is this 616 Elektra or some AU.
>>91315029
Muscle girls in dresses is like a tomboy in a dress very cute
OH FUCK!!!!!!
>>91315960
I got nothin, but considering how fucking brutal this Elektra is I'm going to assume AU. If not 616 Elektra is a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch
Now where to go from here....
>>91316026
Found is 616 Elektra http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Spider-Man_2099_Vol_3_18
I JUST HAD A MILLION DOLLAR IDEA!!!!!
Instead of posting Slott, I'm going to post a short Venom story that my mom bought for me when I was a kid. I remember going to Revco (basically a CVS) and checking out the comic racks and being fascinated by what I was seeing. I think I enjoyed it more for the pictures than the story but this story was pure 90s amazingness.
Venom: Tooth and Claw coming atcha!!!
Shit this is horrifying
HA!
He's literally getting pummeled from the inside.
So to anyone reading, what'd you think of the first issue of Venom?
>>91316466
Sazuke Venom or this one.
>>91316557
Either or. It seems like Brock is truly one with the Venom suit at this point with zero doubt or hesitation between them (it's a beautuful thing). Haven't quite pegged Wolverine yet.
>>91316616
This is one is pretty decent.
I think this was actually the first part of the series I read. I wish I still had the comic book.
Epic
Brock and Wolvy deserve a buddy series. I'm thinking road trucking bounty hunters>Looking for love across the "Heartland" of America......
I'm still trying to understand the purpose of this issue. I can tell it's in the future, but is it supposed to be canon? What is this magical nonsense?
>Also look at that stupid sexy Eddy.
Shit just got real real quick
Normally I'm not one for hyper-realistic art but I'm loving this.
Oh fuck. Kingpin has hit some straight up Carnage level territory.
I would be losing my collective shit if I was Spidey right now.
God damn, Peter. There had to have been an easier way.
I love this page. There's a sense of desperation here. The fact that Kingpin isn't quipping either mean's he's bored of this little stunt or the suit has taken hold more than Kingpin cares to realize
Only reason this worked is because the suit didn't have enough time to fully bond with Kingpin.
I really want to read the 7 preceding issues.
I just had the realization, I could post The Gauntlet from start to finish....I have the issues...but another part of me feels like I'm just delaying the inevitable so I don't have to get to Slott. If I got him out of the way, I could move on to bigger and better threads (Fraction, Hellboy, Ghost Rider, Immortal Iron Fist, Angel after the Fall).
Now I'm going to end this thread on an extremely underrated Spider-Man story.
Oh no
>>91313146
This is the greatest ghost rider ever.
>>91318082
He's amazing, but not my favorite. Nothing can replace Johnny Blaze for me. Don't have a solid enough opinion of Ketch to rank. Can anyone recommend some good ghost rider?
>>91316230
I don't think I can ever read most 90s comics because so many of them look abysmal. All good coloring and penciling just seemed to go out the window.
Run Spidey. For the love of god just run!
>GNNNNF!
Poor Peter
>>91318168
The art definitely took a nose dive but I almost feel there was a renassiance in creative outflow that led to some very interesting series (Wildcats, The Maxx)
Crap
Love this page
Normally I'd say, "You got this.", but honestly I don't wanna lie to you, Peter.
My dad hap hip surgery when I was a lot younger. I had seen him literally tank damage that would have incapacitated most men. Blunt force trauma and mild grade explosives at point blank range and he shrugged them off. After hip surgery he was only capable of moving with a walker and to him that looked more grueling that being told you had to hike Everest without your shins
Shame we're never going to see this version of Nora ever again. Ever ever again. Never. Never ever. Ever ever again. Never ever never ever again.Never again.
It's been fun. Hope you guys have a wonderful night/day today!

They really like getting the most out of their names in the future, don't they?
>>91313448
This book is getting a little too legacy heavy at the moment but seeing PP survive this long makes me feel like a proud father.
>>91313774
It's nice seeing these guys again. Also nice seeing some heroes who aren't just reflections of the past.
Seriously, they even have a one eyed Director Fury.
>>91313969JJJ 2099.This is the best reveal yet.
>>91314465
>publicising Cap as a martyr for the world to see
That doesn't seem like the best idea at all. He really has turned bat shit.
Look at those magnificent crazy eyes. I love it.
>>91314973
>Tfw Slott threads have become pro anti-Slott
Tbh, senpai, I'm having fun with these Miggy issues but I still feel that ASM has the higher highs. 2099 is consistent with quality for sure.
If you're really that hesitant to continue, feel free to stop. It's been a wild ride but nearly 30 threads in you've earned your rest. I don't mind continuing alone.
>>91320494
I'll pick up with Vol. 3 tonight. I just needed an extreme Slott palette cleanser. I like him as a writer, but he needs to step up his game.
