Just finished marathoning Wakfu over 6 months, starting Dofus now. Can we talk about the S2 OVA? I thought it was pretty damn good, although some things could have been handled better. And what about the prospects of season 3?
Threads are usually on weekends, since after years of Wakfu as a whole we've run out of things to discuss. You missed a thread that 404 just hours ago and lasted a couple of days.
In any case, I'm actually in your boat and had just finished S2 and the OVA a while ago, so it's all fresh for me.
Adamai, for example, did nothing wrong, and was absolutely in the right.
But he was right all along. Yugo betrayed the values he held in the first OVA.
I'm more of a blondie going guy myself
>certain ultimate destruction vs possibly saving the world
>not using the window of opportunity created by the ONLY god that still helps mortals
>being a little bitch
You should either fuck off or consider suicide.
The OVA was good. Not perfect, and the seasons are still leagues better, but it was good. I liked it, at least.
Season 3 is in development and I think they hope to have the first episodes air at the end of the year. Not sure though.
>tfw windows tries to pull a filesystem error on my external HDD (but chkdsk saved the day)

>leaving no one of the brotherhood behind
>inb4 selfish prick
you might as well blame Otomai and Tristepin for insisting on remaining there
>roughly 16 days left
how excite are you
There is simply not enough time, hand lotion or lube in the world to fap through it all.
DAMN YOU FRANCE
nah, that's just because adale likes his bridge bunnies to be standardized
adamai was petrified by the 'what if' of the six eliatrope dofus encountering the six dragon dofus potentially destroying the world. everything that went wrong was indirectly adamai's fault
i mean, most of the destruction from moving the island into a decaying orbit could have been avoided if adamai was there to help deal with ogrest too, he and grovy would have kept him busy for more than long enough until otomai yanked out the dofus and put a stop to the whole debacle
A "what if" that even Otomai said was a legitimate cause of concern. The only reason why it turned out alright was that they were the main characters, but there probably could have been a more reasonable way to fix things.
but would you rather have had them sit idly by while ogrest would have managed to kill off the iop god and continued to drown the world with his tears, simply because the twelve dofus together had the potential to destroy the planet?
inaction would have been worse than taking the risk while they still could
Grovy was at fault for thinking that he had to do it alone, that he could handle it alone, and for jumping the gun. Adamai was at fault for refusing to help yugo when he really needed it.
>the gods could have gotten involved
>entire armies could have been moved
>otomai could have tried an appeal
As for pinpin alone:
>yugo could have easily extracted him without the dofus, or with "only" 5 dofus (do you even realize how powerful a single dofus even is?)
>pinpin's own power alone could have allowed an escape
On the other hand, using the dofus had a very high chance of destroying the world. He lucked out tremendously in the minimal amount of damage he managed to do. Adamai was completely right, and so were the lady and otomai, who all shared the same sentiment. Yugo v.s. Nox was literally all about "it's not right to save one v.s. the many", while in the ova Yugo went the exact other way: "it doesn't matter if the world ends, I just want to save pinpin!"
> Six month marathon
Walking to the bag of cheetos and returning to the couch will get you 26 miles eventually, but it is not a marathon.
He's alleged to be one at one point (when ruel wants a discount or something like that "one enutrof to another"), but it could mean different things such as that he isn't an enu but comes from a line of enus, or that he only aligned after puberty (which makes him a false enu, he neither gets the favors of the enutrof God nor the appearance characteristics).
I think it's more based off how much you worshiped your chosen god and adhere to their commandments
its on how much they align to their patron deities i think?
no idea how that works since that means the most enutrof of enutrofs should be dragons or someshit
These make the most sense probably.
Alibert never seems to be interested in riches and even quit his job as a bounty hunter because he didn't have the heart for it, despite the pay. He never donates to any charity, so he clearly isn't doing any penitence either.
It seems true that both ruel and alibert are 210 years old, though.
>sit idly by
Nice fallacy you have here bro, it would be a real shame if anyone would point out that the debate never was "stay idle or act" but rather "just come up with a better plan instead of [I'LL IMPROVISE LOL]"
grovy would have ben dead if they waffled around to come up with a different plan
and by then, any other plan would have been fruitless since grovy turning out to be the iop god was what made them entertain the idea of even being able to fight ogrest in the first place
>grovy would have ben dead if they waffled around to come up with a different plan
First, you don't know that for sure, and second, I fail to see a problem here when the alternative is a high chance of destroying the world, which would have resulted in a dead Iop anyway.
>and by then, any other plan would have been fruitless since grovy turning out to be the iop god was what made them entertain the idea of even being able to fight ogrest in the first place
Not according to Otomaï when he insisted in joining in. He pretty much impkied he was the only one who could solve the problem, needing a Iop god at hand was never part of his initial equation.
>Yugo v.s. Nox was literally all about "it's not right to save one v.s. the many", while in the ova Yugo went the exact other way: "it doesn't matter if the world ends, I just want to save pinpin!"
Yugo's angst over Amalia was bullshit. I could buy a childhood crush in S2 but after 6 years?
Doesn't help that Amalia seems less interested in him.
And with only 13 episodes for next season it's either going to be rushed as fuck or will take too much precious screentime I fear.
I have a feeling that season 3 is going to be shit, 13 episodes? I feel like it's going to feel really rushed and I swear, if they include another Boufbowl arc I'm going to drop it.
I think Yugo's angst was part of his change of mindset after becoming the king of eliatropes and gaining significant power. He started overestimating himself (believing he could do no wrong) and seeing his opinion as if it were an objective reality, or as if the world revolved around him (betting that adamai would not abandon him, literally choosing power over his brother and only real family who stood by him the whole way, being overly defensive of amalia which he considers to be "his", but at the same time not wanting to take responsibility and actually starting a relationship, because at the same time he doesn't see himself as ready to take any responsibilities, be it as a king or as a lover).
But that's another point in favor of adamai: "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me". He got fooled and blinded by power once. He learned his lesson. Yugo saw two people get fooled and be blinded by power. He decided to fool himself and get blinded by power.
It almost didn't. There was also no reason why using the eliacube wouldn't have worked in yugo/adamai's favor before, and there was no reason to think nox's plan would fail (the only reason it didn't work was harebourg's portal in the dofus era, and N being a faggot and jumping through it, using up all of nox's reserves).
>Comparing the risks of using the Cube, an artificial apparatus designed to be used by eliatropes, to the risks of clashing the powers of 12 Dofuses, which are wild artifacts of Creation.
Did your parents forbid you from using a kitchen knife on the basis that, morally, it's no different than handling a doomsday device ?
Dying doesn't make people into gods in the krosmoz, only living to surpass other gods (killing one, being chosen as a successor by one, or being revered by so many people that you ascend alongside or instead of one) - at least as far as we know.
The Eliotropes exist because they worship the Yugo they saw in a time rip caused by Yugo using the Primal Dofuses.
They aren't EliAtropes like what Yugo is, they are EliOtropes, fake Eliatropes.
They are literally created and scattered through time and space, by Yugo's angst as he activates the six Eliatrope Dofus. In that moment, he became a god and they formed from his "soul". Since Yugo was angsting about Adamai at the time, most Eliotropes have some resemblence to both himself and his brother. The blue lines, the big lips etc. Both male and females are clone variations on Yugo and Adamai. Let that sink in for a minute.
>killing one, being chosen as a successor by one, or being revered by so many people that you ascend alongside or instead of one) - at least as far as we know.
Hogwash, I do not know why people continue to claim this. Especially being revered by enough people making you a god.
Its just straight up not true.
No, no it is not. They were not just some women who were revered and popped godhood.
They were both a type of spirits just like the gods who got more strength through the worship of their followers. Becoming a god is not the ultimate price of Bonta got talent, they're a specific type of being that grows in influence through worship, the gods are the most powerful ones.
Translation: eliotropes are yugo clones ("yugo shards"). When they die, their existence is outright erased. When yugo's Eliacube is created, they get in to close the loop. The 6 dofus, especially the emerald one, caused yugo to become a god temporarily.
One theory is Ecaflips kids literally have nine lives and he died. Resulting in Joris "raising" like Kerub did to him. From the traielrs for the movie we can see a dofus egg somehow affecting him and Joris taking on some dragon-like appearance.
By pieceing clues from different sources together, here's the current main theory about Joris and Kerub.
REAL SPOILERS! (duh!)
- Joris is the son of Jahash and Julith, two Hypermages, and has some yet undetermined strong link with the Ebony Dofus and the Black Dragons lineage
- Kerub adopted and raised Joris after his mother went a bit cray cray and public enemy #1
- Kerub, Atcham and Ush are demigods, sons of Ecaflip, though Ush is from a different litter
- A the time of the Dofus series and movie, Atcham hates Kerub and regularly tries to cause him wrongs
- At some point (probably during the movie), Kerub and Atcham die, but being demigods, they reincarnate into themselves instead of a new identity like regular mortals. It is unknown yet if this is specific to Ecaflip lineages (playing on the "cats have 9 lives" trope) or if this is true of all demigods
- Joris adopts and raises Atcham and Kerub's new incarnations, which explains why they call him "dad" in the OVAs and why Atcham's grudge against Kerub is no more
>>pandawa and sacrier don't exist
Neither of which were ever human.
Yes thanks for sinking your own claims, they're not human.
Believe that stuff if you want, but keep it shut so others don't start believing that hogwash
Original Ideas: Hard to think of
EliOtrope lore is retarded anyway.
Here, have a non-chibi Kabrok by the same artist who does the Krosmaster artwork
>no idea how that works since that means the most enutrof of enutrofs should be dragons or someshit
The appearance they take on is not that of the god, just a class archetype.
>Une fois l'Eliacube de Yugo créé
The what now?
He's talking about those. Also they weren't made for the Kickstarter nor funded by it.
the ones where amalia get's fucked by harbourg and Pinpan marries Eva.
dont you think joris would still be a bit young to take care of kids?
Oh man Iops would look pretty sweet if Billy's designs are canon
Could this be Dark Vlad? Looks kinda similar but Goultard isn't this lanky.
Hopefully not, but it's hard to rule it out completely after what they did to Harebourg.
Dark Vlad's head isn't a floating skull although it is very skinny, and that doesn't look like any sword I've seen Goultard's personalities use in the past.
Yeah, but that doesn't mean no Eliotropes exist beyond the post-s2 OVA, since they're scattered across time and space. Any game info wouldn't touch on the show or beyond in the timeline, since Wakfu the game takes place over a decade before the start of the show.
That's true. I just hope it's not Goultard, I thought he'd have solved his split personality problem by now.
Also the colour scheme seems to match (besides the lack of purple) and the cross suggests he's a Iop.
>I thought he'd have solved his split personality problem by now.
In theory he solved it sometime in the Age of the Dofus, yet he's still out and about as Dark Vlad in the Maskemane comics in 979 (and as Goultard just days later) so, as usual, Goultard makes little sense.
Or Ankama failing to be consistent once more.
So this is a storyboard for season 3. Due to the size of the pic and style, i can't tell if Eva here is pregnant again, has gained weight, or neither.
Huh, looks like she's pregnant again, and they don't seem very happy. Maybe Pinpin wants to adventure again?
It's the storyboard for wakfu season 3, I have on idea why they put the Dofus movie logo on that pic.
You can clearly see Tristepin here. There's a couple more pics with his two kids next to him waiting for food
So be you a loyalist, or do you defy the false emperor?
Some pics incoming...
Man that comic was weird, Goultard was blonde in it. At least I think it's Goultard.
Yeah but Goultard's appearance has not been the most consistent thing...
This is bait.
What are you even trying to say at this point? That Xelors look like Xelor?
>It's the storyboard for wakfu season 3, I have on idea why they put the Dofus movie logo on that pic.
My guess is that's a behind the scenes video or something for the dofus movie (you know when they show off the studio and what people are doing) and they either deliberately showed to tease people that or they accidently showed that.
Oh that makes sense.
I much prefer the old Xelor design to Bill's design
I would literally go heretic for Amalia and not look back.
> Mon visage quand Amalia waifu sim with be headset
Yeah, he also looks more like a Sacrier with the tattoos on his arms.
Let's settle this shit once and for all
BOTH Yugo and Adamai were wrong
Yugo was wrong because of his "you're either with me or against me" bullshit that almost endangered the entire world. Adamai was wrong because he was too much of a pussy to do anything, and trusted the judgement of some stranger over his brother (keyword here is judgement, it was what's her names idea to avoid contact with Ogrest at all costs)
The CORRECT solution would have been to use the Dofus to zip in, pull Grovy out and go "hey, let's not act retarded and come up with some kind of plan that won't get us all killed. Otomai's got an idea, let's hear him out". This would have saved everyone while minimizing the contact between Ogrest and the Dofus.
But it's never that simple in fiction, and you're not SUPPOSED to hate either of the two; this conflict mainly serves to highlight their major differences and character flaws. They are not perfect, but they are certainly far from being shit
Except otomai confirmed the story, and it was a doomsday device they were activating (everyone knew that). So no, adamai can't be wrong for this reason. Also, adamai was asking yugo to think about it, rather than doing nothing.
>Faith conditions the pysical appearance of the beings. Indeed, the faith given by a soul to a divinity has an influence on it mortal coil. The latter tends to take up the features (both physical and behavioural) of the venerated divinity.
- Angels & Demons (dofus).
Note also the change of features of some classes matches the 4 gods that were killed by ogrest.
Quite often very old souls decide to incarnate themselves there, keeping full conscience of their past lives. That's why our World, despite its young age, counts skilled and expert warriors, as well as alchemists, smithmagi who perfectly master their art, and exceptional beings that old legends still talk about.
- Angels & Demons (Dofus)
Seems like powerful entities all get that ability, perhaps. Anyway, it's clearly not limited to ecaflips, nor to demigods.
That still doesn't explain about half the gods, though.
Do you not have eyes?
Ecaflips are not literally cats.
Enutrofs are not dragons.
Fecas have no horns.
Sacriers don't have wings.
Xelors are not empty bags of void and/or sand with big badass horns.
Srams don't have wings either and the women aren't skeletons.
Most Sadidas don't wear masks and aren't bald.
Of course there's common visual cues, but to say disciples directly take on the appearance of their god is obviously wrong to anyone who will just look at them. It's even more flagrant if you consider the secondary classes. They worship the same gods but look completely different and even *less* like their god.
I acknowledge the validity of your source, but it's clearly never been adhered to in practice.
Everyone is human. The more they are devout, the more disciples becomes like their gods. Ecaflips are indeed very catlike. Enutrofs are very old. notice the dragon's beard. Fecas have no horns in the same way ecaflips aren't bow meows. Xelors are definitely empty bags of Sands of Time. The horns are part of (dofus) Xelor's cloak, not part of his physiology. Srams are (in dofus) skeletons. In wakfu they're more human and instead wear skeleton-patterned clothes. Both match the representation of the god in each era. Sadidas are tribals just like their god. Maskeraiders wear masks. Eitherway, clothes != appearance.
>obviously the lore ankama wrote is wrong! I KNOW BEEEEESTTT!
So, is anyone else excited for the movie's soundtrack? The bits we've heard so far sound really good, and I like that it was recorded with an actual orchestra. I just hope they will sell the album, unlike the Wakfu OST they never delivered to KS backers.
He was one of the ten original demon gods and got killed by Rushu. Humans probably didn't exist at the time, except maybe for other planets we've never heard about, so of course he wasn't part of the human pantheon.
The dofus mag's 6th entry describes him as a god that disappeared due to lack of worship. He is also referred to as the last of rushu's brothers to be slain, and also as the demon that possessed katar (and later goultard); using possession as a means to prolong his life.
It's not merely implied, it's outright stated at least twice (in the ovas and in dofus).
Which is what irks me actually, since in the game gives us pic related.
>"The God-King, The Mysterious Monarch, The Spiritual Father, The Benevolent, The Emerald Guardian. His virtues: Courage, Loyalty, Altruism, Sense of duty. His magic: The current of life, Wakfu, eternal and cyclical. His divine attributes and accessories: The sword and shield of Wakfu, The royal Hat. Symbol of his followers: The Portal. Praise the God-King, the protector of Eliotropes!"
They actually look like Adamai and him.
If true, then yeah about 30.
If nothing else it would mean the kids are all adults now.
Either way, I just fucking hope Yugo looks older. Or at least has a new fucking outfit. Hes the only main character to remain visually static the entire series now.
I doubt he's older. Otherwise they wouldn't have it be a plot-point.
OK so just for fun: what if it turns out that in the 10 year timeskip Amalia met pic related and they are already together and this scene is a flashback of when they met. How much butthurt would that cause?
Well Im not much of an /ss/ guy. Partially because
Im a gayfagbut partially because shouldn't the mental age aspect be just as important as the physical for /ss/? Yugo is mentally 29 in this scenario
Well he may not be like physically in his 30s but I imagine he might at least be physically a teenager by that point.
>Well he may not be like physically in his 30s but I imagine he might at least be physically a teenager by that point.
We don't really know, isn't his age kinda linked to Adamai's?
I was mostly joking. But the bedroom eyes sure are real.
Though who know how minor she'll be, maybe they are going for a full arc this time, considering we only have 13 episodes here so there might be no episodic stories here.
>Someone said she looks like the Osamodas king's assistance from season 2
Would hardly be able to marry her then, unless she's said king's daughter. If so then bring on the suitors, because I sure as hell would like to see the Osamoda and Pandawa girls fight over Amalia.
Worst possibility might be that only Yugo travels with Ruel and and everyone has their own 4 (Yugo getting 5 of course) part storylines through the season.
Just like the 4th Season of Arrested Developement.
Shit taste confirmed.
Harebourg is a turbo manlet as well
what's with undertale?
I like the pre-Nox version of 'Milien as well
Nox really got fucked over just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time, he stumbled across the Eliacube out of sheer misfortune and it consumed him as it probably would have anybody else
In this way, while it feels wrong to say he did nothing wrong, it's kinda hard to blame the guy
Cool, found a thread.
So I just finished season 2, am I in the right thinking that Remington was a total fucking waste of a character? They built him up to be something neat, and then made him vanish and become Rushu's bitch for 2/3rds of the show.
yeah, he was to tie in his comic and because they like the character (apparently). The problem is that they essentially shoved in a rated R/PG13 character into a kid show.
He was fine in rubilaxia, but he was completely unnecessary in later arcs.
So one unofficial page somewhere mentioned something about the creation of "Yugo's Eliacube" replacing a relic in a temple, followed by a handful of people copy-pasting that "info" here and there, and you're treating it as gospel? Gotcha.
characters with ambiguous gender, referred to consistently with "they" as a singular pronoun
absurdist humor ("the dog absorbed the artifact", "cute pic of me rn", anime is real, le ebin long cat? NO DOG XD is long! etc.)
prominent gay characters (royal guards, alphys and undyne)
buff, tough, passionate, gay female character (undyne)
alphys's nerdy, shy, suicidally depressed, homo personality
friendship and being nice as a fundamental game mechanic
some characters speak consistently in all lowercase
that one lion monster who says he'd like to try a dress on after seeing mettaton in one
killing is bad hmkay
as long as you're homo, it's alright to do unspeakable horrors
if you're straight though, you're the devil, no questions asked
yellow minority female cross-dressing main character always addressed as singular 'they'
probably more i'm missing
The top portion of her head it no colored in. It looks like a tiara. Might just be the Osamodas princess trying to movie in on the Sadida kingdom.
also mfw they toned him down in the OVA
>mfw they toned him sideways in krosmasters
Here's Google translation from a fansite (Otakia):
"This class will disappear when Yugo activate the éliacube early in the season 2. This activation will allow éliotropes to take refuge in the cube, thus completing the loop of paradox."
Since they're only explained in the games, and both take place long before the tv show, I don't see how the author came to this conclusion. Even the Wikis don't mention anything like that.
There are 3 versions of him in krosmaster. As a kid, he is level 1, immune to elemental spells, and deals 1 neutral damage (+2 v.s. bandits).
As master, he runs fast when he gets hurt and does damage based on MP.
3rd version is an upcoming fig that isn't available just yet. It's in the krosmaster 2.0 pack which includes the revised rules and more movie-related figs.
>alphys's nerdy, shy, suicidally depressed, homo personality
Bi actually. She's pretty sweet on the king too.
>friendship and being nice as a fundamental game mechanic
You can also just beat the game by killing everything, what's the deal, too hard?
>some characters speak consistently in all lowercase
One character. And only if he's not serious.
Is made to be annoying in purpose. They are literal retards.
>that one lion monster who says he'd like to try a dress on after seeing mettaton in one
>doesn't understand that it was a joke
>as long as you're homo, it's alright to do unspeakable horrors
>if you're straight though, you're the devil, no questions asked
Bullshit, no such theme.
>yellow minority female cross-dressing main character always addressed as singular 'they'
Main character is 'whatever' we want him/her to be. Hence the ambigious gender look, even the yellow skin isn't really telling anything.
yeh im aware of that, i just wished he didnt look so... unlovable anymore
also another million version of kerub, i get papycha and kerub crispin but there's another 2 version of papycha, literally why
I'd say the power of Undertale is that the story becomes actually compelling down the road, especially if you're doing the true end, combined with a pretty great score and it's old school look. It's really just made for fans of Earthbound first and foremost. And all the "gay shit" that one anon complained about is so off-note you might actually just forget it happened. The main theme is friendship basically, which is ironic considering that Wakfu places friendship on a high pedestial too.
I actually like the game quite a bit, really nice OST too. Never really looked into or cared about those off-note things you guys mentioned. Only problem I have with it is that I see it everywhere and the fanbase seems like cancer.
I keep to the threads on /vg/, which are decent enough and keep me provided with all the art I want without having to read through a half a page rant by some tumblrite.
And of course you see it everywhere. Youtuber all over the place are Let's Playing it. I'm impressed actually, considering the game was mostly done by one dude.
Except in one of them the canon lesbians are offered subtly and tastefully, and it isn't their one and only defining trait. In tumblrtale, everything is gay, lesbian or bi, and it's offered as hamfisted as possible so that tumblrwhales can shower the trasheap with praise.
Oh, you were talking about Undertale.
Thought he was talking about the /vg/ Wakfu general, that died cause no one plays the game.
That was from the Dofus Heroes Kerubim tomes. They had a... unsettling art style to say the leat
Unsettling is right, Kerubim looks like a psychopath.
I prefer to think of it as "hotblooded".
I dunno, some parts were...not very tumblr.
UUUHH guys, I was gonna watch wakfu but I noticed there were some special episodes for season one but they seemed spoilerful, those are supposed to be watched after the first season right?
(I noticed one was about nox and blocked it like NOOOOOOOOOPE)
_Tale also lets you brutally murder all the lesbians again and again while an edgy ghost lauds your actions and then encourages you to reboot the universe so you can do it all again
My analysis of your waifus
Eva: Unwed mother
Amalia: Spoiled, entitled bitch
Miranda: Dried up unfaithful milf
Maud: Would rather play sports than confess her feelings.
Elaine: Eternal loli
Mofette: Mentally unstable.
Echo: Old whore
Oh I have to warn you, season 1 starts pretty slow and you might get bored by the time you get to half the episodes, but it's much better after that point and it's really worth it for the ending. Season 2 has some filler too but I enjoyed it, some people don't like season 2 as much as 1 though.
Which locks you out of 90% of contents, requires tedious grinding to make sure you don't miss out on a single mob in any area, and gets you against a boss that is about 200x harder than anything else in the game (it's supposed to stop you completely but it's actually just the right level which makes the fight actually fun the first time, by complete accident on the garbage developer's part, because the rest of the game is such a joke it might as well have no combat segments whatsoever - and let's not even talk about the "puzzles'). Let's also not pretend the constant, cheap "ur a monster harry!1" moments aren't played to further drive the point that "killing is bad hmkay? lesbians are good people, they dindu nuffin".
all the rulers were pretty cool and fucking huge
Fuck Miranda. Kabrok is the most based Oa
>Which locks you out of 90% of contents
the only thing it locks you out of is the 'good' version of the CG's in a pacifist run.
and what sort of lame complaint is it that 'your victims beg for mercy and call you a monster'?
>raised another man's bastards
how can i be sure that it is the one and only orginal sphincter cell
>she was literally a gold digger
Yeah, but then she grew to love him, and is faithful as fuck.
I dunno. It's a french cartoon. If anyone would pull that it's the frenchies.
Anon, you know as well as I that if someone dies in the end it will be Yugo and Adamai. Fighting each other.
Did they make nations matter yet?
>they kinda matter but there's literally no point in war?
>I know, let's make the nations not matter at all! Everyone gets the same bonuses now, umad?
>wakfu/dofus tackles your family dying, losing a limb, same sex relationships
>now it tackles your family horribly crumbling because your dad doesn't want to be around you anymore
>ruel: one they could probably get away with the easiest
>amalia: not likely
>eva: too dark since she's a mom and maybe pregnant
>grovy: after all that it would be dumb to do again
>yugo/adamai: one of them dies and the other gets to live the rest of their life hating themselves, probably adamai
oh man, I hope pinpin doesn't become Dark Vlad 2.0 after his family gets killed
No need to time travel when you're super strong. Just beat Xelor into submission with your forehead or something and have him fix it for you.
>tfw Elely dies from frostbite and it's her own fault
>No need to time travel when you're super strong. Just beat Xelor into submission with your forehead or something and have him fix it for you.
First he's gotta find him, he's too busy playing Krosmaster.
If you played the game you'd know he had been crying for fucking years. No, the world was literally screwed.
>Yugo v.s. Nox was literally all about "it's not right to save one v.s. the many"
You're stupid that fight was about not gambling with the entire world to save a few loved ones. Yugo did the right thing on the OVA, although for the wrong reason.
They said they have no plans for international release at of yet, but who knows?
Anyone know if the movie's been leaked? my guild master told me he watched a bootleg version of it already but won't tell me anything else. I think he's a fucking liar but he's not the only one to tell me that.
Black Desert's character creator isn't as extensive as I hoped. Especially with hair.
So is the new season Netflix exclusive or is it France3?
Because if its Netflix, I imagine they can pretty much do whatever they want, but if its France3, I doubt we will get the darker vision they have for it.
Ugh, why is the Hunter stuck with high heels?
Yeah xa did on his da page but i guess there was a recent interview with tot where he said netlfix and france3 were both funding it. Again, if someone had a link, it would be great to clarify things.
Oh I think I've seen that. Let's see... Okay, here it is:
Distributed by France Télévisions and Netflix, with €100,000 in financial aid from Pictanovo. Total budget roughly 3.5M€.
Incidentally, a later report for the Abraca animated series states a budget of 6.6M€ + 150,000 from Pictanovo. 26 x 26 minutes, so a comparable budget per episode.
I think some people just didn't like how "power level"-y it became.
Also that everyone and their mother is turning out to be a demigod or more.
I personally enjoyed them, but I do feel they need to scale the powerlevels waaaaaaay back. I know Yugo and Grovy had special circumstances giving them power, but they gotta make sure to restrain themselves for S3, they can't keep going that high without it just turning into DBZ
well at least Grovy gave it back to Goultard (as it should be) but the main complaints iI've heard is that Eva and Amalia didn't do shit. I am biased though as Grovy and Goultard are my favorite characters. I think they just crammed too much stuff into 3 episodes.
I didn't like the fights on the first two ovas. On the whole show the choreography was excellent, it was top tier, better than in many movies but then they really dropped the ball on the first two ovas
They literally tell people to join them on tumblr to hate on it.
Yeah I'd have to agree with you, the first one was pretty boring and the one with Ush and co was pretty dissapointing
I mean it has its flaws but overall I enjoyed them, I don't think it "ruined the whole Wakfu series" as some of them put it.
I did a quick Ziza to test the limits of thickness and found them wanting.
Well if anything I imagine itll just be more narrative focused with less filler for lack of a better word.
I mean at least half or more of the episodes in both seasons were episodic and not contributing to the story arc
