But hearing that MOS-style soundtrack really hypes me up. It really makes the movie seem like it's actually happening. Which is probably the most retarded thing I've said. MOS music was god-tier.
If my music-sense is correct, the crescendo that hits at around the 0:11 mark is when Bruce sees the chaos going on w/a wide shot, maybe after several moments of just feeling the effects/getting glimpses of it.
That's the thing I'm enjoying about DC's live action stuff right now. Their TV shows are enjoyable and a serialized format is probably the best way to do comic based properties (which are serialized). But the movies feel BIG. It's like every movie is going to be a giant spectacle.
>Is She With You?
No! Why'd they name a track after that line.
One of my favorite tracks from the MoS soundtrack.
Yeah, that was a pretty good one.
So anyway, soundtrack covers are usually the Blu-Ray/DVD covers?
Well if so, then this is neat.
Hope so, but that might have been just Shannon trying damage control after he kinda-sorta spoiled Doomsday. Then again, we know Lex is fiddling with Kryptonian tech and the scoutship - the command key Zod inserted at the end of MOS might still be intact + a copy of Zod's consciousness. Some Luthor/Zod convo maybe?
that flight man
I do hate the movie, but that doesn't mean there wasn't anything good in it.
The soundtrack is great; not very catchy like the John Williams theme, but honestly I can't even think of a recent theme destined to become a classic. The last one I can think of is from Pirates of the Carribeans
The thing I loved most about MoS' score was its synth. It's just so perfectly "sci fi," even though it can be really simple. The beginning of Look to the Stars and 3:16 onwards of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1iK5b1pBXY is so good.
Wait a fucking minute. At 0:27...is that Danny Elfman's Batman theme I hear??
