I used to be the type of person that said i knew everything about a comic book character, and immediately check facts about them on wikipedia.
I loved Civil War
I cried as a kid when Doomsday killed Superman
Mask of the Phantasm is overrated tripe
None of the hero cartoons of the 90s were worth watching besides Batman
Silver Surfer can beat Superman
>None of the hero cartoons of the 90's were worth watching besides Batman
This, at least with the DCAU. Batman TAS was GOAT before the art style change. The Superman cartoon was garbage and Justice League had some decent episodes but was very inconsistent.
Aside Deadpool Killogy, same. I dimly remember Cable being baby and Deadpool bringing him to House of M reality, and during Civil War Cable uploading Backstreet Boys song into Wade's brain.
Neither Marvel nor DC are putting out very good comics right now, this board is just full of DC fanboys sucking DC's cock.
Bronze Age Marvel is the best cape comics ever were and likely ever will be.
Under the Red Hood is a terrible overrated piece of shit.
There was nothing redeemable about Jessica Jones.
I'm on a verge of dropping cape comics because they get worse with every year. And no, that's not nostalgia. Some of the older stuff still holds up.
Ellis' Moon Knight was too action-centered for my taste.
Ostrander's Suicide Squad is one of the best superhero comics.
Shade the Changing Man > Hellblazer.
Sin City is one of the worst crime comics I've ever read.
People who say "Cape comics make uop the majority of the comic titles" are delusional faggots. They make up no more than 30% you have all just convinced yourselves otherwise because capes sell and nobody wants to read your indie garbage
What the hell is this? I've been seeing this 9 picture square meme thing everywhere and I can't find a name for it? What is it?
Paul Jenkins may have very bad lows on his Spider-Man runs, but his highs more than make up for it. He'd be one of the best Spider-Man writers ever, had he been consistently good.
Can someone tell me if tim is a good character because i fucking hate the shit out of him and i havent read anything of him all i know is that he is apparently the worlds best detective out of nowhere
I went into a famous comic store to buy the complete collection of Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind.
The guy behind the counter asked me if I was going to buy some comics while I was there.
>My face when I told him that "comics are for nerds".
I love the MCU. While the films haven't all been great, they have yet to put out anything genuinely bad and I am looking forward to the upcoming films. Haters are either just being contrarians or butt-hurt DC fans.
Anybody who says "Haters" unironically is a coward who can't handle that people have different opinions. The MCU is mostly great though but they have produced one legitimately bad film and that was Thor 2
> While the films haven't all been great, they have yet to put out anything genuinely bad
This is the exactly problem I have with the MCU. none of the films are awful but they just have fans trapped in a cycle of mediocrity where you watch an ok-ish film and then immediately get teased the next one that ties into it.
It feels almost like every single movie is a build up to the story they really want to tell you, but that story never comes
It's building to Infinity War that's clear. What is also clear is that Infinity War will be the MCU's swan song. Nobody is going to care about the fucking Inhumans. I just don't think Marvel can pull off another 10 year build up to another big threat after Thanos
I think it was post about listing your favorite characters from a game. I don't really know the relation of all the characters.
I just can't find a straight answer to what the hell this is?
I like Waid's Doom as he's a more believable narcissist than more honorable incarnations.
Phil Urich was much better as a hero than a villain. Slott pretty much did the exact thing he did to Black Cat, took a likable character with some hints of darker side and made him a one-dimensional cackling villain.
(and yes, I know about him being a villain in The Loners. Doesn't change how hackneyed his descent into villainy was.)
I listen to Placebo unironically.
I'm not a gay, nor a woman.
In reality, I don't furiously masturbate to my /co/ waifu.
Rather, I just close my eyes, hug my pillow, and pretend the pillow is her. It's been the only way I could lull myself to sleep for many years
It's literally just a 3x3 image of your favorite whatever games, characters, movies. You should try lurking more and just putting two and two together rather than asking for a straight answer here, it won't get you far.
I think MOS is a badass movie
I think Jem was a great show and unironically enjoy the music
When I was a lad, I would rub the pronounced and defined butts of my super hero action figures and pretend they were girl butts while I touched myself
I ponify every character
Despite utterly hating most charcterfags, I'm actually a massive Halfag, and it slightly bothers me when people call him out for being shit, or say he would lose at something, even if they're correct.
(Though at least I don't give a shit about his "power levels".)
I think comics are an underrated medium because of the capshit stigma that it gets. I hate that people consider comics childish and not a mature storytelling medium, but flock to dumb movies like star wars and other dumb action shit. The only thing screen does better than comics are non fictional biopics, documentaries and related stuff.
If you say shit like 'steven universe is tumblr' but you havent watched it, you just ripped some other anon who hasnt watched its opinion then yoh should just keep your mouth shut.
It being tumblr isnt a bad thing anyway. If it is 'tumblr' its not the bad side of it at any rate.
>90's anything being good
Absolute worst taste confirmed
I like uncle grandpa
I have masturbated to Dick Grayson
The second comic i started to read after Cable and deadpool was a bunch of edgy avatarpress comics like crossed, night of the living dead ad black summer
i do this but because comics are really hard to find in my shitstain town, and are expensive and outdated as fuck, got a few Punisher and Thor before the faggot of the magazine store (since there is not even a LCS or Hobby store) told me i was the only one buying...
also the hobby store owner that got TCG, comics and shit put her daugther in charge now is a DUDE WEED LMAO and meme store, that sells bootleg fansubed anime dvd on a ziploc bag.
same. I want to read comics but nothing seems good and all comic discussion on /co/ seems to support this.
I read trades of stuff that gets recommended and that seems much easier to deal with.
I have been wanting to find a digital copy of Towerkind and I'm thinking of ruining my copy to scan it but I've never compiled a comic before and the thought of fucking it up makes me nervous.
I am really nervous about going to TCAF in May because people like Daniel Clowes and Chester Brown are gonna be there and I'll look like an idiot fan boy
I think Boom is starting to get a bad wrap that it doesn't deserve just because people hate Lumberjanes, Teen Dog and Power Up. They are too quick to forget how amazing Boom's horror stuff is.
As a lifelong DC fan, I am reading more marvel and image than DC right now, even though I think most of ANAD marvel is awful
Kinda related to my last point, but Slott's current ASM isn't terrible (yet) like his past efforts
I hate it when a character is created for the sole purpose of being a love interest
I dislike all of the Robins
I like Iron Man but Tony is a shit
I used to browse this board every day but with the astonishing tumblr and reddit flood I can't even look at it anymore. Gay threads are no longer a single thread and span multiple threads including LGBT stuff. There's even a "trans representation" thread right now. Comics are more and more rare as this board transforms into tumblr's cartoons hugbox.
I don't like batman - or any character that orbits him
Overpowered characters who don't exercise their powers fully annoy the shit out of me (superman, dr. strange, prof X, etc.). Come on, Strange, you can do better than losing every fucking time, jesus...
Rob Liefeld's art was utter shit and for me was the first nail in Marvel's coffin
Joe Madureira's art was likewise crap, and so were the storylines he illustrated, so he became the last nail in Marvel's coffin
All New, All Different marked the exhumation, desecration and cremation of Marvel's rotting corpse.
I wish they'd do a "flash kills the dc universe" thing.
Everyone who uses this phrase to complain about /co/ fundamentally fails at understanding what a hugbox is.
I bet you think it has something to do with your bogeyman of "acceptance" and "diversity". It's actually literally the opposite of that.
A hugbox is a place where you go where everyone has the same opinions as you and congratulations are given for farting the party line out constantly. Independent thought and differing opinions are squashed with the fury of a thousand Hitlers.
A hugbox is exactly what you and everyone like you WANTS /co/ to be.
I don't really feel like I have anything to get off my chest but here I go anyway.
I didn't like Star vs Forces of Evil much. It has a few little gems here and there but overall, eh, not worth it.
I hated Aaron's Ghost Rider run.
I never got around reading Claremont's run on X-Men (couldn't finish Morrison's either), God Loves, Man Kills is the only story of his I ever read. Wait, no, I also read the New Mutants graphic novel and like half of the next issue.
I don't like Yost much. Scarlet Spider was alright but I feel it's overrated here. Didn't like what he did with New Mutants either but on X-Force he was getting on the right(-er, his treatment of Rahne was fairly disappointing as well) track. I believe that with some time he could've settled all the things he shook up but both books ended before that happened so I guess I'll never know for sure.
Scott Lobdell did a better job on GenX than anyone else. Scott fucking Lobdell was better than Larry Hama and James Robinson. I liked Starman but damn, I don't think Robinson has anything else redeemable about him.
Oh, almost forgot. I'm pretty sure Spencer "borrowed" a few things from his run on Thief of Thieves into Superior Foes. Now that he has nothing to watch out for, his Ant-Man sucks. I might be wrong! I didn't read Ant-Man in quite a while, so maybe he got better.
my 90% fapping material is now elsa from frozen since i watched that movie in 2014.
You still haven't actually gotten it off your chest, Anon.
Here, finish the following sentence:
"Elsa is my _____"
Elsa is my WAIFU.
my previous waifu is Elizabeth from BI. but ken levine fuck it up by killing her in BAS pt 2
I just can't see where you are coming from there Anon, really while there are people that fit that description it's a bit rude and out of touch to say that anyone that likes comics fits your preconceived notions. Comics, like any medium, are enjoyed by a variety of people. I bet I could find comics that you would like. What cartoons do you like? I could find you something based on that! If you don't want me to pry it's fine I just hope one day you can enjoy such an amazing medium!
People that enjoy mainly cartoons are not the enemy nor are people that only enjoy comics. We are all just people anon. There is no real reason for us to hate each other.
It isn't futile
I wouldn't go that far but thank you!
Dan Slott hasn't written anything good since Ends of the Earth.
His decline began way before #698, but since Dying Wish he's been a hack who relied on "shocking twists" that just exist for the sake of attention grabbing.
I'm feigning interest in Marvel, Star Wars, and because they're what's popular.
Deep down I'm a DC Fan and a real big Superman and Boostle Fag.
I created a Tumblr Page about Comics (Which I abandoned) all for the intent of having something in common with this girl I like (We know each other know and we talk everynow and then)
I think old fags should get over "Muh Old Continuity and Characters" and just learn to appreciate a good story without bitching something like "Muh coulda work in past continuity", "Muh nothing like what this character was before", "Nuh Muh"
also, I fucking hate that Marvel is using blatant pandering to the lowest common denominator
They've stopped making comic books for kids, and that leaves a deep mounful loss in children's reading materiel.
No casper, no richie rich, look what they did to Archie. Are they still making new tiny titans? Is there ever going to be a 4 year old aimed power pack comic?
No. Because aiming for the 9-15 year old market has killed the soul of comic books.
Well within the past couple years
>Teen Titans Go
>Scooby Doo Team Up
>Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur
>Lil Gotham before that got cancelled
Legend of Wonder Woman seems to be an all ages thing too but we'll see about that once Diana actually starts fighting things.
Problem is most of this stuff sells terribly because they can't market it properly. Best they'll get it is selling well in trades.
WHY. WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU NOT LET THEM DO THEIR THING, GORDON.
SO MANY COPS EAGER TO BECOME THE GODDAMNED HERO GOTHAM NEED AND WHAT DO YOU DO.
HOLD FIRE, THIS IS BATMAN'S MOVIE AFTER ALL.
I only got into Ant-Man because of the film and EMH, and know the Ant-Family are some of my favourite marvel characters of all time
Except O'Grady, seriously, Hank and Scott are better in every way
I wish I could talk with people about the webcomic Bear Nuts.
I actually enjoyed Superior Spider-Man.
I wish I could make friends with whom I could speak with about comics and cartoons, and be just as a degenerate like me and you guys.
>I have been wanting to find a digital copy of Towerkind and I'm thinking of ruining my copy to scan it but I've never compiled a comic before and the thought of fucking it up makes me nervous.
How bad is scanning for comics, actually? I've got some obscure German language comics I'd like to share, that I'm pretty sure haven't been digitized, but I wouldn't want to damage them.
>I am really nervous about going to TCAF in May because people like Daniel Clowes and Chester Brown are gonna be there and I'll look like an idiot fan boy
Don't actually know Chester Brown, but Daniel Clowes has a fair amount of mainstream acclaim; he must be used to fanboys. You'll be fine.
>I think Boom is starting to get a bad rap that it doesn't deserve just because people hate Lumberjanes, Teen Dog and Power Up. They are too quick to forget how amazing Boom's horror stuff is.
Tbf, you can be against something while still enjoying some of its output. I'm certainly not a fan of modern Marvel, but I still enjoy Vision and New Avengers.
I wish I would talk with my friends about comics in general. Not only DC adn Marvel, but about Vertigo and things not related to caped, like Shade, Animal Man, We3, Sadnman, etc. But sadly must people that sorround me are fucking otakus or weeaboos and the ones who know or read something about comics are posers who only reads Batman related shit because Muh mental damage characters or muh original and free spirit bitch (talking to you Harley).
I'm a huge Marvel guy and I'll always defend them and shit on other companies but the truth is most of their comics are bad and I'm reading more comics from other publishers. But still.
>I'm feigning interest in Marvel, Star Wars, and because they're what's popular.
My nigga, I do this shit too, to an extent at least. I'm a fan of either but I'm much more of a DC fan than Marvel and I'm a semi-casual fan of SW at best.
It's neckbeardy as fuck, but all these MCU plebs and plebs who are into the shallowest of geek interests annoy the hell out of me.
I try not to be a characterfag but I can't help it, and I get really defensive over certain characters
Same, although I think that's because I have no nostalgia for the older movies and I've only ever seen like half of episode iv
I tried to talk with them about things like Hellblazer or Shade but they don't care. And it really piss me because they glorified shitty anime because muh dark and twisted character or muh dark story.
I'm guessing the replacing of white male heroes with more diverse ones (Cap Falcon, New Thor, etc) while still being written/drawn by white men and ignoring already established diverse heroes in favor of these changed ones (New Thor over Sif).
Candice Patton from CW Flash is gorgeous.
Bendis was good, his Daredevil is an example of this, he's shite now though.
Flex Mentallo saved my life.
I've had roleplay sex. It was fun.
Frank Miller's Daredevil run might be the best run of all time, but it isn't my favourite.
My favourite run is Johns' JSA.
I love Jack Kirby's work, but his male faces have always been off, and his storytelling has always been hamfisted.
I believe comics to be the most underrated medium.
Alan Moore's Lost Girls is the reason to how I lost my virginity.
I never have nor will watch Steven Universe.
Wall-E is my favourite Pixar movie.
My favourite type of animation is stop motion. I love Trapdoor, Wallace and Gromit, Mary and Max, etc.
I don't believe anyone should feel bad about their interest in comics or cartoons. You can like what you like, don't let others tell you otherwise.
Me and my girlfriend ship FitzSimmons from AoS. I don't think it helps that I'm Scottish and she's English.
Modern comics are stupid.
The industry has run out of ideas.
Reboots, recycles, same shit, new cover.
Batman is a rabid animal now. Only referenced as a detective when the writer can't think of a reason to give a piece of information to the reader.
Variants of Batman are dumb. Thomas Wayne becoming Batman is dumb. Martha being the Joker is dumb. Flashpoint was stupid, and the Nu52 is a parade of dumb. Flaming dumb.
Marvel can't come up with anything original so they've taken to swopping personas to facilitate a narrative of diversity, and it's dumb.
Thunder Tits, Kentucky Fried Captain America, Gook Hulk, and the myriad of horeshit tier ego swapping is dumb.
The Civil War movie is going to suck because it's not going to involve a united Marvelverse, just the parts that Disney could smoosh together. It won't even be a story that involves the civilian public beyond random news clips, drowned out by quippy bullshit.
Batman v Superman is going to be stupid because it's a re-imagining of TDKR, which was horseshit and lame from the beginning.
Steven Universe is absolutely disgusting, even for poo poo baby TV.
Adventure Time sold it's soul, and it's the height of lame.
Avatar has been, and will always be a shit stain weaboo wet dream.
Star Wars the Force Awakens is forgettable, and the height of pandering. George Lucas can do worse though, so it gets a pass purely because the alternative is awful.
Superman has become a plot device, and will slowly fade to Booster Gold levels of popularity as the entirety of the DC continuum melts into the dismal, gritty, shit show that follows Batman wherever he goes.
Christopher Nolan ruined comic books.
JJ Abrams failed humanity.
Guardians of the Galaxy is a greatest hits album of Marvel's quippy bullshit.
Supergirl, Arrow, Agents of Shield, Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow are shit tier attempts at entertainment. DareDevil and Jessica Jones barely qualify as episodic dramas, Youtube does a better job.
I can't go down this path. I already want to fuck the rabbit, i can't go down this road too.
Try The Killing Joke, The Dark Knight Returns, Arkham Asylum or The Long Halloween. Getting into comics really isn't that hard, there's tons of comics that aren't from the big two so you can just pick up issue one and see if you like it. For Marvel and DC you gotta remember these characters have been written by multiple authors so everyone has shitty stories. It's a good idea to follow writers not characters. You can find out which stories are considered a characters best by googling, lurking comic threads or asking some comic readers.
I really wanna suck his dick
I haven't actually been following capeshit outside of what I've been reading on here for years. Last time I tried to keep up with DC was around the beginning of the nu52. I don't even really read Marvel all that much anymore, although I'm looking to get back into it, since I did like what I read of Kamala Kahn Ms. Marvel. Also the exception is stuff that I'm really interested in, particularly Grant Morrison's work. I read the shit out of The Multiversity and loved the hell out of it.
I don't know how much of a 'confession' this is, but honestly by this point, people who act like they know so much about capeshit and the like because they watched a few of the movies and/or the tv shows but actually don't know shit and have never opened up a comic before annoy me more than the outright plebs who would never, ever watch a superhero movie or anything geeky like that. At least those people aren't posers. It's always so annoying talking to someone who thinks they know comic books, cartoons or shit but is actually a massive pleb.
I didn't like Young Justice even though I was super hyped for it.
I hate on things that I've never watched/read like all the time, but I'm entirely sure that I wouldn't really enjoy them anyway.
Like, most Marveldrones genuinely annoy me. All that talk about how much Marvel is better than DC and shit when most of them have never even read a comic and are just parroting Marvel's very effective propaganda machine they've had running for years now. I'm talking decades.
I don't read nearly as much indieshit as I should. Then again, I barely read comic books these days as well.
Also one more thing: as much as I love capeshit, I'm starting to see how some people *might* think that the genre ruined the American comic book industry as a whole. It's really pretty bad that people associate superheroes with comic books automatically or that Marvel and DC both have such a hold on the entire industry.
Ahahahahaha, you're aware FOTNS LITERALLY triggers /co/ like there's no tomorrow right?
Let's see...I love the fact that we get to see all of these superhero movies happen, but I hate when comic characters are made to conform to their movie counterparts.
I'm finding it harder and harder to care what happens to my fave Marvel/ DC characters these days.
I didn't like X-Men DOFP because I'm tired of seeing Magneto end up the main villain.
Japan's superheroes surpassed the west's over 30 years ago
I love comics, but can't fight the feeling that I'm wasting my time reading them.
I loved Ang Lee's Hulk.
I would've loved Dark Knight Rises if it had a decent Bats vs. Bane fight. I would've forgiven everything else.
I think JMS is one of the best comic writers out there.
I didn't dislike Bendis until /co/.
I think cartoon creators are so shit at attempting comedy that people have become accustomed to it. That's the only explanation I can come up with for people thinking Adventure Time(now) and Steven Universe is funny. Cartoons were a lot funnier when I was in school and it's not just nostalgia glasses. I go through and watch old cartoons I saw as a kid a lot and they still crack me up. I've never once laughed at SU, Gravity Falls or current Adventure Time.
my lcs has been fucking up pulls and orders more in the last 6 months, than the 6+ years iv gone there before, and its because of a manager change
its making me want to take my business to the only other viable one, which is twice as far away just to see if they're better
I used to be really into Gravity Falls, but I ended up dropping it for multiple reasons, from the fandom weirding me out to just losing touch with Alex Hirche's comedy. I'm more into SU, but the bomb system of airing episodes is going to kill me soon.
I want both of the groups on /co/ or /trash/ or wherever to stop fighting. It's nothing but stress.
I can't fap to Frozen porn because 60% of it is lesbian incest shit, and 35% of it is horrifically uncanny valley SFM shit. I've literally found about 6 pieces of Frozen 34 that is fappable.
I have no idea what this meme is called.
Hmm, the best 90s stuff to happen to the x-men was Jubilee (First Appearance Uncanny X-Men #244 (May, 1989) ) and Rouge's costume.
And the best DC stuff was Batman: The Animated Series (September 5, 1992 to September 15, 1995)
So that's one for and one against you being right.
I liked comics as a kid, but more or less gave it up til the MCU started.
I wish Spider-Man wasn't shared between studios, and I feel like any good Marvel will do for the character on screen, Sony will fuck up.
Same goes for F4 or X-men. Both their own universes are all in all shit, and should stay away from the MCU.
Teen Titans Go! is the superior Teen Titans show.
i hate steven universe and think the cartoons on CN after adventure time with all their tumblr shit style suck and ruin animation.
Dragons race to the edge is the most fun i had watching animation since Ed Edd n Eddy was still making new episodes.
Majority of comics all fucking suck.
Man of steel is good.
MCU is garbage
Deadpool looks great.
well i can go into detail to compliment those quints so the opinion doesnt seem shitty.
MCU is assembly line uninspired amrketting garbage with not variation in the majority of its content.
MOS, while flawed was really fucking good on a technical level and had a different tone than the majority of cape films and i liked Clark's characterization as well as the choice to let Lois know early on he was Supes, plus the music is really damn good, the villain is amazing, the action i find very unique and everything seems to have weight to it and i appreciate that the film in the film has proper pacing and moments where it shuts the fuck up and lets us soak in whats happened and enjoy a scene for its atmosphere and tone.
Plus, supes never had a no kill rule, so that didnt bug me in the slightest, zod had to die.
I got into comic because of Kickass. The neon primary and secondary colors, action, and style really appealed to me, and this was before i saw the movie mind you. Saw the trailer, looked cool, dropped 10 bucks on the comic, enjoyed it.
Started reading deadpool and power girl soon after and later expanded to suicide squad and other comics.
Aquaman is best JL member.
Main continuity story line comics tend to suck.
Marvel's comics aside from a select few are written more poorly and drawn more lazily than DC.
SJWs have nearly ruined comics.
I wish I were into more indie titles, but I can't seem to find any I truly enjoy. Asking for recommendations nets results that resemble a high school reading list. Like they're not being suggested for their entertainment value, but because you're supposed to read them at a certain point. I don't want a damn history lesson in "the medium", I want something I can love and gush about like The Tick or the Heckler.
I love all the DCTV stuff that's airing and in the works, but I'd trade it all back for a more stable comics universe. And a fandom I didn't feel uncomfortable talking about the characters with.
I still think it's fucked up /aco/ is inundated with futashit and other outlandish and poorly drawn fetishes, but something relatively tame like /ss/ is verboten. Fucking monkey paws, I tell you...
You mean the previous Harbinger series? I enjoyed that one a lot, except for maybe Omegas, which was kind of shitty and just transitioning us into Imperium.
>Aquaman best JL member
I've always been partial to Green Lantern myself, never really had a truly bad story but always consistently above average and satisfying.
Yeah, previous series. It's amazing how much Harada is awesome in Imperium compared to bitchfest of Harbinger and Renegades.
Oh, I'm Halfag as well, but I like Arthur little bit more. Bummed for lack of his godhood in Darkseid War.
I really like the MCU and in some cases find that the adaptions are better than the original comics (i.e Evans is best Cap. MCU Star-Lord's backstory and character is better than the comics version etc.)
/co/ and 4chan as a whole has slowly been infected with people from Tumblr and Reddit, and there IS a rise in SJWs on this site. I bet one of them will reply to this post with >muh SJW boogeyman
Also, the Ellis run of Moon Knight is the best run that character has ever had.
I learned most of my information on Batman through a visual dictionary my dad got me back in the day through Onstar.
I think Toonami is just as bad now as it was in 2008 thanks to its shitty lineup and cut hours.
I only come here out of habit and for the occasional webcomics discussion, though what I casually read is terrible bullshit and everything else I just archive binge when /co/ has a thread on them.
Sorry about the late reply, I was asleep. Here's the story;
>Been with gf for about 9 years and a bit or so.
>Back when we were 16 around about December 2008, it was also my gf's birthday.
>She's a fan of comics too, her taste was rather casual back then however.
>Loved Alan Moore's comics; Watchmen, V for Vendetta, From Hell, etc.
>Decided to buy her a book that the both of us haven't read, Lost Girls.
>Came over to her house one snowy night, her parents were away for the night.
>Went into her room, we read a read page.
>I could notice her squirming beside me on her bed, anxiously crossing her legs and biting her lip.
>By the time I was reading the scene where Dorothy began to touch herself, my gf couldn't hold it in any longer, and she let out a low moan.
>I stopped reading there and looked at her.
>She looked away from me, clearly embarrassed by what she did.
>I tell her to look at me, she does so. I tell she doesn't need to be embarrassed.
>We kiss, I lie down on the bed whilst she straddles me.
>She helps me with my trousers, I help her with her leggings. We're both very eager.
>I sit up slightly to take off my shirt and I take off her top.
>I shuffle underneath, taking off my boxers.
>She gets into a position to take off her panties, then she continues to straddle again.
>At this point, I'm finally inside of her. She feels amazing.
>Our hips begin to gyrate, seeking friction, we both gasp and moan.
>We gradually get faster, getting into a rhythm.
>Faster and faster, louder and louder, she achieves orgasm, until finally her orgasm crested and we both cum.
>She gets off of me and lies beside me, smiling and panting. I smile too.
>Now every year, on her birthday, its become traditional for us to read Lost Girls before having sex.
There you go, mate.
People who complain about comics being "furry" are autistic as shit and the only reason anyone gives a shit about furries anymore is because they force themselves to so they can fit in in the epic 4chan anonymous club
Capefags should never have any sense of superiority from following 70 years of different iterations of franchise characters always restricted to the status quo.
Unless you're discussing specific arcs, runs, or elsewords, talking about what characters "should" be or your dedication to a cape character is ridiculous.
I've been trying to find that comic where that police officer is married to his dog and then turns into like a gemstone or something for ages, and it has been bothering me that I can't remember the name of that weird shit.
I think Sohmmer, the guy behind Least i can do, is literally the biggest douche in webcomics and should be blacklisted from all mainstream comic companies.
Luke McKay and Balls2That are criminally underrated.
The worst fucking cartoon of all time is The Popples.
I just really had to say that for some reason. I think it was because I saw Pound Puppies on the TV earlier and thought it was one of the shittiest cartoon that I've ever been exposed to.
But then I remembered Popples existed, and I now need to go find myself something strong to drink to help myself forget again.
LGBT stuff should stay out of cartoons.
Stuff like archer, south park and adult comedies the exception, obviously.
Speaking of, Just because bryke said so, doesnt really mean it is so. retroactive characterization should always be ignored.
do children need that though?
they'll learn it on their own through socialization like how most kids learn what sex is.
And besides, they're not doing it to be educational, they're doing it to look like fucking hip progressives and get brownie points.
If straight relationships ruin cartoons because of bad writing (korra) what makes people think we'll like crammed in shitty gay ones?
Anything is better than Ellis' hackneyed garbage, even Chuck Dixon and he's mediocre as hell. Original run by Moenich and Charlie Huston's 2006 run are so much superior to Ellis awful shit, it's not even funny.
Comics side of /co/ is every bit as cancerous and obnoxious as the cartoon side.
>constant live-action threads of comic adaptations that bring in /tv/ cancer
>constant absolutely childish console wars whether it between the most annoying of capefags or between the most annoying of capefags and the most annoying of indiefags with their I'M SO MATURE FOR CAPESHIT XDD
no, shitty ways to raise your kids in how teen pregnancy is an issue.
You raise kids with no understanding of consequences and let them be spoiled and that how you get grandkids 20 years too early.
>no dark folk soundtrack for a cartoon ever
I don't care what people think about C93 and the likes, but they can produce some rather haunting music that could add to some cartoon's atmosphere.
honestly im waiting for an outlaw country or dark carbonet folk track.
like some jayke orvis.
or better yet....Hank 3.
What the fuck is wrong with me
