You got it on the first try OP.
though, pic related is in second place for me
Well, OP, you have top notch taste, but I can never pick just one.
....I am interessed.
Because love is a jewel shielding us from the harsh reality, and there is no love as pure as that for a fictional character or between two fictional characters who represent archetypes and ideals.
Well said. Shipping is for people who love romance. If you don't like Romance, you won't like shipping. Shipping is one step up from Waifufagging because at least your shipping a fictional character with another fictional character instead of with yourself.
Since the Jungle Movie is finally getting made, this will soon be officially canon instead of just word-of-god.
I don't know, but much like most irrational shit on this site, it's not going anywhere.
I don't even watch Gravity Falls but I think they look cute as fuck together
I heard they dont even get together, kinda blows to be honest
The last episode is the last chance for this shit
I really don't expect the series to end with Dipper not getting a kiss from either her or Wendy
It's like having favorite characters but instead you enjoy that those characters will be in a romantic relationship and be happy. I don't really ship anything but I'm always confused by people who are unable to understand why shipping exists.
I understand that shipping is a thing but I really don't see the point of it outside of porn. If there's a canon ship between two characters made by the creator I won't argue with it, but if I like it or not is debatable depending on the ship. Fanon ships however is just an oddity to me and I only see it as a prime source for cringeworthy (or hilarious) art.
Am I autistic for not liking fanon shipping then?
That's because people have a tendency to get emotionally invested in characters they can relate to or like, even if their imagined ideal relationship won't become canon. The problem lies in that emotional investment too, since people tend to get upset when the work's creator develops a relationship they don't like or didn't envision. But that doesn't mean that the creator always knows what they're doing too, so it's sort of a trade-off.
It's another form of cuckoldry, just like all pornography that doesn't have you self inserting into the work.
It's obsessing over the idea of other people forming relationships and having sex, instead of yourself.
>a girl with a creepy stalkerish obession with a boy=soulmates
I love ships that can also function as a means to piss people off.
the problem with roadside attraction was that it was so badly placed with the rest of the series. make it a season 1 episode and there is almost no difference.
candip wasn't a problem, i dont recall it ever being huge in the fandom. did alex really go out his way to "kill" a ship off because a few people tweet at him about it? fucking hack, this is why you went from a god on disney to a slave on fox.
My One True Pairing, now and forever
>tfw forgot mona the vampire even existed and am reminded of it by this fucking image of all things
I see someone is a Glassfishbowl fan.
