Am I seeing things correctly in the trailer? It looks like the turtles are now about where the other incarnations were, height-wise. In one part, Mikey looks shorter than Casey in the part where he's asking if they hooked up.

You are wrong on all accounts. A movie doesn't have to be purely dark or purely fun. This movie balanced it very well. The puppets are why it was so good. They were supposed to be ninjas in the shadow, none of the other movies got that right, NONE. This one is dark cause they have to hide the actors, but it fucking worked
