Yes but he made an odd remark that Wanda's traits could not be described as easily as other Avengers could be.
Joss Whedon I think did not share that view and had no problem describing Wanda. He drew on Shooter, Lee, Abnett, and Busiek and his own concept of the character.
Robinson leans clearly towards Englehart with his emphasis on Wicca. He can write Wanda well but the "woman power" thing and him following Bendis in sidelining Chthon, whose relationship with Wanda is fantastically ambivalent (villain and benefactor) and goes to the core of her character.
