The dials are getting weirder.
The dangers are getting intense.
And the end is right on their heels.
This is-
Dial H #11-15 (+ Epilogue)
>>78672828
Well, fuck.
Almost all the other capes were funny or strange or both, maybe even powerful. Now? The fucking Flash
>>78672938
It's just for a funny little crossover where Barry had to pull a Die Hard.
I'll post that after this issue
>>78672970
Yes please
>>78672938
Well if you never heard about the Flash he would seem not out of place next to the others with that costume.
>>78673022
It has precedent.
Plastic Man once got dialed up.
Or was it Martian Manhunter?
>>78672651
Dang, didn't realize you were doing this.
>>78673080
No, it was Plastic Man.
Interlude: Part 1
wherein we have enough space for this short two parter
And we all know what caused this, don't we?
Interlude, Part 2:
wherein we see the aftermath.
Skipping the Reverse Flash bit for irrelevancy.
Part 12:
wherein gather a crew
thanks bae
>>78674036
I wonder how you can even surprise this guy. He should be invulnerable to small attacks.
Coming up for best single issue of the series here.
>>78674169
He knows
>>78674230
>>78674256
Nearly pissed myself when I saw this. Odradek is my favorite "creature" of fiction and I certainly didn't expect to see it referenced in a superhero comic.
I wonder if that hero got more diverse powers.
Part 13:
wherein we are who we choose to be
>get back home from work right in the middle of the best issue
GOD BLESS YOU, DAVE
>>78674662
It's goddamn fantastic
>>78674369
This is, hands down, one of my favorite issues of any comic ever. So great.
>>78674488
pls no
>>78674369
I got some feels the first time I read this one.
Part 14:
wherein time to hit home
>>78674755
Ha, I remember how I binged through Dial H in one sitting and then suddenly I got to this issue. It's not that I didn't expect the series to pull something introspective like this, but I didn't expect it to be that way.
>>78674614
So this one is a version of Batman without the bat flying through the window?
>>78674889
Exactly
>>78674889
Yeah, pretty much. It's actually a pretty funny joke.
>>78674868
Only now do I get the irony of a civilisation of frogs being terrorised by a giant fly.
>>78674889
Nothing flew through the window.
Open Window Man was going to be a superhero regardless of what happened externally. That was his internal motivation.
The boy he tries to mentor didn't have that motivation, so even all the external stuff, the bat cave, the training, all of it, couldn't MAKE him a superhero.
>>78675012
It's also because, well, it's because of his mentorship that the boy is able to work through his grief...and not letting it fester into motivation in the first place.
Just needed a friend.
>>78674992
Fuck.
Final Part:
wherein it's all about customer service
>>78675310
Time for the OH SHIT moment soon.
>>78675613
Are those in the upper panels a reference to something?
>>78675866
Oh shiiii
ONE MORE
Epilogue:
wherein it's been a ride
Some Ben 10 references here
>>78676032
Ah man. I wonder how this would have gone had China been allowed to continue. I am sure it would have taken longer to get to the exchange and of course we would have gotten more closure, especially if and how they ever return to their worlds.
>>78676153
Robby would have very likely shown up,
>>78675866
So obvious in retrospect. Super cool.
I love all the artists that they got for this issue
>>78676171
Ayenbite is my favorite of this issue, for some reason.
...and Centipede came tumbling after.
Everyone has a little Rescue in them.

THE END
As always I hope someone out there enjoyed this.
I sure did. See you around.
>>78676423
Woah what, is that Zak Sabbath?
>>78676467
I really like it man, it's such a good comic. Thanks for the storytime.
>>78676467
Thanks. Especially that you storytimed the Flash issues too, since I hadn't read those yet.
surprised they never tapped into something Hyper-Cosmically powerful, even once.
>>78676559
I would imagine such a power would be more often found between worlds and the dials only dial into worlds. It might have been something that was planned for the future storyline, but well, you know.
>>78676623
>Robby Reed is a giant Dialer God
>>78676559
The Dial itself is reality-breaking enough on its own.
>>78676291
Little cameo for Underwater Welder.
thanks bae
>>78674092
what an entrance
>>78676645
Eh, the House of Heroes doesn't quite look like a dial enough imho.
>>78681545
>>78681545
Man what you just posted looks a lot like a dial.
>>78674889
Open-Window Man is my favorite Batman.
>>78674389
wait a minute... is that the wayne family?
>>78674755
all that you needed was a friend, bruce.
someone that knows how much shit you were dealing with back then.
>>78673043
Oh man this is a cool power/representation of a power
>>78673139It's gonna get a little weird.
>>78676291
I have been here too much, I read that as "The Bendis"
>>78686865
no Dial E storytime?
>>78686865
AGONY...!
>>78688399
What are you talking about?
>>78676305
Aww sick, Frazer Irving?
>>78689387
During the "Villain's Month" DC did in September of 2013, there was a one-shot titled "Dial E".
>>78688399
Dave already did it, here >>78676069
>>78693673
That's what I meant by "what are you talking about?".
Because it had been done.
>>78676467
reading bump and thank you
