I cut my palms open with a box cutter when I was five, tripped into a metal fence and split my head open to where I needed 27 stitches, fell out of a tree and broke my arm, flipped over bikes, stepped on hot coals, smashed half my baby teeth out, etc. Kids are fucking tanks. My dad has a video of me when I split my head wide open, gushing blood like crazy and in the video I didn't cry, my dad put a bandaid on me and I was totally fine. Later my mom bugged and took me to get stitches, but getting hurt seems like a normal thing for kids.

I had my tonsils removed when I was a kid too and I had asked them to keep them so I could see what they looked like. They did and I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

I don't know what to expect from the reboot. Definitely less violence (though CN's recent change in management might help, idk), but then if they just kept it the same as it used to be it wouldn't be worth rebooting. Hopefully they don't make it a sitcom like they did with Teen Titans Go!, but they might. The fact that the execs have been willing to push some boundaries with shows like Adventure Time and Regular Show gives me some hope.

All I know is, if the animation is half as good as "Dance Pantsed" was I will be watching every episode.
