Also French Canadians. I work at a Harley Davidson dealership in the North East US. We get a TON of French Canadian tourists here in the summer. They ALWAYS want to haggle over the price of merchandise and get pissed off when we tell them that the price is the price and that we don't haggle or we could lose our jobs.

They also love to steal cigarette lighters out of the bikes and once time I actually caught one stealing a door stop.

To be fair though, for every 10 shit head French Canadians there is one that is super nice.
