>I don't have time to cook
It can be hard to find the time desu. Slow cooker master race here. Throw some meat in before bed, throw it over rice, take it to work.
Been doing it that way for 10 years.

This anon is right. Crockpot is the way to go. Other than that, make stuff in large batches that you can eat for several days. Soups, stews, roasts, casseroles, and protein "salads" (ham salad, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad) for sandwiches.

I still live with my parents and refuse to cook when I get home from work because it's 3am and they're both asleep.
I still find time to cook before work though, so I'm also calling bullshit on OP.

>But I do have time to idly browse social media for two hours a day, so let's just order takeaway everyday.
Our attention span has steadily degraded to the point where netflix and their phones are the only thing that they can concentrate on after work.
It's not that they don't have the time, rather that they see cooking as something necessary rather instead of being something to enjoy and get engaged with as a hobby.
Frankly I don't blame them, why do something you don't like doing when you already do that with work?
