Do you know Yakiniku?
>>
>>7377490
Oh, you mean grilling?
>>
japanese style grilling
>>
>>7377527
What makes it any different than western styles?
>>
>>7377557
ingredients, language, and geography
>>
>>7377557
The meat is cut very thin, marinated in a variety of sauces you can't really find in the US
>>
>>7377562
sounds like bulgogi or galbi
>>
>>7377562
That sounds pretty decent. Quick grilled meats with lots of flavor. I can see the appeal. I live not too far from a giant Asian food supermarket, think I can maybe get sauce materials there? H-Mart has a lot of good shit in it.

It is

Japanese Fondue
>>
>>7377559
ingredients are fucking meat, and language/geogrophy have no effect on what grilling is
>>
>>7377562
move to california or hawaii. too many 24/7 yakiniku places
>>
>>7377574
There's nothing 24/7 near me besides a Waffle House, which I only want when I really want amazingly greasy breakfast. Even the grocery store closes at 1. Which is unfortunate since I sometimes want to try cooking at 3 in the morning.
>>
>>7377573
Now, now friend. Ignorance should not be a trigger to anger, there's a whole world out there that --although may seem scary at first, you can discover the fascinating possibilities of. You just have to give it a chance!
>>
>>7377576
that's a bummer. most of them are next door to korean bars or strip clubs.
>>
>>7377567
cool, if I ever come across it I'll try it. oddly enough i've been to japan 3 times but never left the airport, because im an idiot...
>>
>>7377582
NO! it is not full of wonders, it's a big scary place full of things that would as soon kill you as look at you and people who will torment and backstab you cause they're bored

No! If you're not just like me you can go hang from a fucking tree.
>>
>>7377585
Do you have no desire to play layover tourist? Sounds like your job or family visits entail a lot of travel, is it impossible to fit a day off in there to briefly explore other nations?
>>
>>7377587
Move to an area with no muslims or blacks, you will finally be safe.
>>
>>7377582
people like you are fools, hatred and racism are not born of ignorance but of experience
>>
>>7377583
There's this fucking stellar Japanese place right near a strip club near me, but not so near it is easily reachable late at night. I am in suburbia that somehow is more isolating than rural McNowhere.
>>
teriyaki sauce
>>
>>7377602
The only teriyaki sauce in Japan is at McDs and other fast food restaurants

whatta

It's actually Korean-style but the Japanese popularised it through anime.

Does any body know a good place for Korean BBQ/yakiniku in London? All the places in New Malden seem to use electric griddles, or cast iron with no exposure to flame, rather than actual grills over coal or wood.
