Nice, anon. Macs last such a long time. If you want a super fine edge after sharpening, I'd recommend getting a 10,000 grit polishing stone to keep those things pristine.

Thanks for the advice. My other MACs got dull after about a year, but my gf throws em in the dishwasher like a fuckin idiot

I like MAC, but never understood the rounded tip.

Like I said, I don't like the rounded tip, but this thing is probably from the 70's and is still in great shape (the grandma had no idea her knives were anything above average).
