Not him but I haven't eaten typical supermarket cereals for breakfast since I was a kid.

From a taste point of view, it's a bowl of fucking sugar.

From a nutritional view, it's obviously unhealthy because of all the sugar (even in more "adult" cereals), but it's also not as filling as other less processed breakfast foods.

I'm with the oats master race in this thread. A bowl is less than 200 calories (with a teaspoon or two of brown sugar), add in some cinnamon, maybe fruit if you want to get fancy. Much cheaper than a box of cereal for the servings you can get out of it, and never takes more than 5 minutes to make.

but i love regular/honeynut/frosted/and whole grain. they are all great. Even the honeynut/frosted cheerios have much less sugar than other sugary cereal brands.

i love coffee flavor so next time im at the store ill buy the protein flavor
