I'd have a long, stone fire pit down the middle of the place, and a bunch of chunky wooden tables and stools free form around it. The fire would be stoked to be hottest at the ends with the embers gradually dragged to the middle. A metal plate at one end to steam oysters like pic related, one at the other for steaks, all sorts of stuff on skewers for the rest of it.
