Ingredients I've got in the house:

Pork loin slices or pangasius fillets
Rice or potatoes
Only vegetable I have is carrots (can get more)
Spices

I can get some more but don't want to spend too much

What should I make with asparagus and hollandaise? Beef? Pork? What does hollandaise compliment? I've only had it on eggs benedict.
