Sandwiches, cream soups, stews...goes great with everything.
And this is just about the best ketchup I've every had.
Most of those mid-tier ingredients have their place. Yellow mustard is the only condiment for hot dogs imo. Mayo is good for a few things too. Vinaigrettes vary wildly, some are good.
I'm assuming English mustard gets it's own tier above all of those.
