In addition make sausage gravy. Break up sausage, fry, add flour to grease, brown to make a roux. Add water to desired thickness, cook at least a few minutes. If your sausage is shitty add spices, but cayenne is recommended. Serve over eggs on toast.

Killing yourself is looking better and better. But a last meal of eggs and sausage would be nice. If your sauce collection includes salsa, I'd scramble the eggs, toss in sliced sausage, and dump some salsa in there, so it's a single, flavorful dish.
