What's you Super Bowl spread look like co/ck/s? Me and my roommates have this lines up
>Meat and Cheese Fries
>A Pony Keg
Suggestions? Recipes? I'm thinking maybe adding some mozzerella sticks in there.
How do you get more than one?
>1lb breakfast sausage
>1lb ground beef
mix and melt
>oregano, worcestershire, garlic powder
>1 loaf cocktail rye bread
spoon on, bake at like 350 for 5 or 10 minutes
Throw some cheap ass chuck steak in the slow cooker about 5lb-7lb....add Lipton onion mix 2 packs, pepper, paprika, 1 Cup Red Wine and 1/2 C H20, 1/2 C Beef Broth...put that bitch on low for 8 hours and wA La!
>Chicken Parm and Carolina BBQ sandwiches to celebrate the matchup
>Homemade Italian Beef and Deep Dish Pizza for a local flair
So I'll be watching by myself cause I don't have any friends. Right now I'm thinking of making some fried masa dough empanadas with pulled pork meat inside. As well as a seven layer dip to eat with some chips.
Not sure if I should make anything else. I might make mac & cheese on Saturday and will have leftovers to eat on Sunday.
>Pulled pork with accompaniments (pickles, onions, rolls)
>my "famous" wings (I'm just kidding about the "famous" bit, I just say that because all my friends love how I do wings and ask me to make them for shit like this)
>nachos (straight up ungodly stadium style nachos, as a tribute to the big daddy of stadium games)
>veggie tray with homemade green goddess dip, and homemade hummus with pita chips (because store bought hummus is crap)
charcuterie plate, including pâté de campagne with crusty bread
smoked quail eggs
grilled eggplant with shaved bottarga and lemon vincotto
Anjou pears, local apple cultivars, raisins
All served with wine, most likely a nice Chablis or Beaujolais
