I don't eat toasted slices without stripes. It feels weird to eat. Bread like pic related is way easier to eat
Personally I prefer 12 but if I'm going to have four or more peices then I'd have to reluctantly choose at least one of the darker ones or they might gang up and boycott my breakfast.
this. also outlines would have been far better than just changing the colour of the numbers. 15 is barely legible.
11 for normal sammich bread
13-14 for multigrain
If it's 1" or so thick bread, i'd go for 5 and then scrape it back with a butter knife for dat dere maillard effect goodness.
Sourdough rye bread is best anyway, so i'd go for that in a 7 pls.
I agree. In fact I think it's the superior option because it's more dense and keeps you feeling fuller for longer. Plus it's great to break apart and soak up spaghetti sauce with, and it's even great with nothing on it but a bit of good olive oil and a pinch of salt.
They could even market it as a 'luxury bread' for people who want something a bit more special. I love the stuff.
Gluten free bread is disgusting. It's like someone took out all of the wonderful chewy, fluffy protein form the bread, leaving nothing but a matrix of dense carbs. Oh wait, that's exactly what it is.
>light and fluffy
That's the absolute worst for toasting because when you spread on the butter it flattens out like a pancake. Gluten free bread holds its shape better so that's another win glorious gluten free bread.
