Hey /ck/ i love tacos/burrito but I'm not so crazy about the soft/hard wraps they're in so I'm wondering if anybody has any taco salad or alternative options to the shells i'd love some input, also i can't eat beef and i don't like pork so i generally use turkey (expensive fuck) or chicken but if anybody has any tips on making some sort of shredded meat substitute i'd love to hear it

I have a really good taco soup recipe if you're interested I'll post. And Gardein brand has soy crumble that are really great. You can hardly tell the difference in like chili and soups, they're just not quite as flavourful as real meat.
