I've got a coke bottle right next to me.

100ml : 10.4 grams of sugar
one serving 250ml : 27 grams of sugar

I stopped drinking soft drink a month ago and feel so much better. i no longer crave it and when I tried a sip the other day is was disgustingly sweet. Before I could easily smash a 1.25L bottle of whatever and think nothing of it.

Still drink a lot of milk though I need to cut that down too.
