i didn't see a general hot sauce thread. What are your guys' favorites?

I picked up a bottle of pic related a few days ago, it's definitely hotter than their red sauce but has great flavor. I'm tempted to try ghost pepper sauces but it seems like the heat would overpower any flavor

If you find the black label version pick that up. It's not super hot but has a great smokey flavor I killed a bottle real quick because I was using it on everything

Nando's peri peri for chicken, vegetables, fish and occasionally other meat. Cheap whatever hot pepper sauce for anything else, as long as it has some sweetness and acidity to it.

hmm I think I had this stuff called texas best or something it was really good made with lots of habaneros I was trying out a bunch of different hot sauces at the time and I also got one that was made from white habaneros but the color was kind of off putting. But for a basic hot sauce I use I would say julios I mean other than tabasco. Tabasco is my go to hot sauce.
