Lime juice
Rice vinegar
Ginger and garlic
Oister sauce
Dark soy
Sichuan pepper
Some fennel seeds I toasted and ground up in the mortar

If i cook them all together its harder to get the right consistency also they overcrowd the wok, my heat source isnt very strong, they would boil in their own liquid

These noodles were a mistake, the store I went to was all out of asian noodles and I just got some fine ones, way too starchy and the flavour didnt really work with this meal

the final product, it was pretty good, will never use those noodles for this kind of dish again, otherwise it was a success

i know that, I usually get those but the store was out, Its one of those things no one gets here so tyhe stock is very limited, didnt feel like going to the asian/indian part of town just for the noodles

The peppers were cooked for like a minute or two, i like them crunchy, the onions were softer even though the cook time was similar, I added salt for that effect

there were a lot of things that would make it better, mushrooms, some spicy peppers but i'm kind of on a tight budget and the supermarket I go isnt very big, its ironic, the big city supermarkets are very small here, in my home town they are 3 times the size

I may do another of these this weekend, something typical portuguese so I have an easier time finding and paying for the ingredients
