I recentlystarted eating oatmeal. I now substitute a part of my bread for oatmeal. This because I got tired of only eating bread. I normally take 8 slices a day, becuase I eat a shitload of food. I like it a lot, becuase I now eat something else than bread when I am hungry. The downside is that I need to eat a lot of it to get the feeling that I've got something in my stomach. I eat now like 200g a day.
I've got some basic variations with milk or quark. Do you have a nice recipe you like to use?
It is said that oatmeal is healthy, but is it really? What do you think? What do you like to eat for breakfast?
