Pan seared on medium for about ~7 minutes a side (I didn't time it, just watched them) Salt, black pepper, and basil for seasonings though you couldn't really taste the basil in the end.

They turned out really good and the meat was 2.99/lb at costco. In terms of price related to quality, pork chops are really underrated. I can post a pic of them in the pan if you like but I don't have any pics of the end result.
