Which cut of steak is your favorite, and how do you like it cooked?
Prime ribeye, sirloin, filet mignon. Grilled or pan-seared. Medium-rare for ribeye and sirloin, rare for filet.

Medium porterhouse. I try and get the fillet part rare when I cook it on the grill though.

If I have to pay for it: sirloin cap, tri-tip, or strip loin steaks - medium rare
If I don't have to pay for it: a slice of rib roast - medium rare
Ribeye steaks are delicious (and even better when as a roast), but the big chunks of fat detract slightly from the eating experience. Give me a big bite of pure delicious beef!
