i need to make a lot of poured sugar at once, around 9 or 10 liters. can anyone help me? i need to calculate the right amount of product to use to get the right quantity. but every recipe i found doesn't specify the volume of sugar i'm gonna end up with.
i'm using a recipe consisting of a mix of granulated sugar, water and glucose syrup.
the recipe says: 1kg of sugar, 400gr of water, 160gr of glucose syrup.
