Quick Question: So, other than sriracha, are there any other hot sauces that are not vinegar-based?
There seems to be a black hole where cuisines, like for example Italian, do not pair well with vinegar. Surprisingly, Badia brand sriracha worked good on it because it was just peppers and garlic. If any of you can find it, scoop it up. Was just a random pick in the mexican aisle (mexican sriracha out of a water bottle? what the fuck? oh, this shit is actually good?) so I would recommend unless you want to make your own.

>>7280286 Try pic related, it's got a good smoky flavor and not super hot as the label would sugest. Get the original though, they make a lot of different sauces many of which are insanely hot and taste like ass
