I have no idea how 6 would be possible, but that's what makes cosplay so fun. I could do only did the top half and sit down over a mirrored surface maybe. My initial plans were to approach it with a cage over a cupcake skirt and some soet of pale purple or white blouse (not entirely sure which kind because i'm strongly leaning towards opera length floves as an accessory) and a darker purple wig. I have someone who can make me a crown for it in the theme and I have a mini chandelier prop that looks literally exactly like Chandelure with a few touchups.

i was going to go for very gothic but still very elegant. I'm pitching around ideas but I know what I want it to look like in general.

Basing it on something Victorian seems to be the way to go, but neon blue hair and throwing in some yellow is needed for some colour.

For the cage you could also have the front of it open and the for the blouse wear something with puffy shoulders I dunno.

Number 2 reminded me of Amy from Soul Calibur but that might be a too pricy alternative. With your hair you could easily do Mitsuru Kirijo from P3 and that look shouldn't be too expencive. I cosplay Jinx and I don't play League whatsoever. I just like the stories between the characters. I wore it to a pretty big convention and I didn't get very much hate for it, just a few 'but you put so much effort into this' and depressed guys once they realized I had no idea what they were talking about.

TBH I just really liked Jinx's design and explained that to the people around me and they were really nice about it. If you decide to do Jinx in the future don't worry so much about the 'do u even play'. Odds are people will actually try to explain it to you over getting angry at you.
