My ETH strategy: Invested about $3,000 a few weeks ago. I already doubled my investment by now but that's not the point.. I'm going to hold for at least 1 or 2 years. Worst outcome: I will have lost $3,000 which by that time I will not give a shit about. Let's be honest, $3,000 is really not a life changing amount of money. It's half a month's salary. Best outcome: Bitcoin 2.0 scenario and I will be a millionaire (or close to it). The way I see it, I have nothing to loose and everything to win.

Yes, I do but the point I was trying to make is that $3,000 is really not a life changing amount of money. If I lost $3,000 today, I'll get over it next month. 2 years from now I won't even remember that $3,000. However, if ETH turns into a BTC scenario and I don't know, say it reaches $100+/ETH in a couple of years, I'll have a quarter million $ which IS a life changing amount of money (at least for most). I'll gladly risk that 3k to make 300k.

Like I said I already doubled my $3k so I could just pull that out now and get back my initial investment while still holding $3k in ETH. Perhaps I'll do that.

Personally, I would buy now for maximum potential return. Even if ETH were to go down to 0 value for some reason, the most you will loose is 1,400. However, you may potentially make hundreds of thousands off of that 1.4k. That's what happened to the early BTC investors. Whoever invested early with a couple hundred or couple thousand bucks are now millionaires. I think the risk of loosing 1,400 for the chance of becoming a millionaire is a risk anyone in their rind mind should take.
