Gonna get right to the brass. I have been trying to research on how to start up a corporation or what type of corporation would be best and easiest to run in the state of Georgia. We most likely won't have a physical office space though all mail will likely be ran through a normal house address if at all possible.

But as an Indie developer this entire process is foreign to me so can someone give me a breakdown on where to start. I don't quite have the money to hire a lawyer either which is why I am asking. I had a Tattoo shop sometime ago set up as an LLC and for the most part do to the nature of the business, Tax Avoidance was completely possible so there was very little paperwork and everything involved. However that was close to 5 years ago and I had help then so it wasn't quite so bad. Now I am otherwise in a bad way.

Because with publishing things there is a clear paper trail and I can't be lose and fast with it. In summary anyone willing to give me a run down?
