Opportunity cost of money spent on Houses is insane. If you can't make money with the hundreds of Ks then sure go for housing. I ain't sayin don't buy a house, but it's more complicated than that . It's case by case dependent. Yo if you is a business man, you should know when to buy, where to buy, can u sell it if u need cash, do property prices fluctuate. Paying rent isn't wage slave or putting of homelessness in all cases, some may not want live in the same place in a couple years.
