>>1055481 >Constant changeswith little to no communication with workers. Example: customer comes in talking about new special you never heard of. "But your boss just announced it today".
>"Why aren't you doing anything" When you are busy as hell, I get it. But if you have been dead for like 5+ hours and he still brings it up, he's a greedy fuck
>Puts shit customers over employees. That guy who just called and said you were a worthless piece of shit is a faggot. If your boss still wants to be all customer service, then you have a boss that will be more than happy to fuck you over for a penny.
>Talks like being employed at their job is the best thing that could happen to you. Like the same shit you hear in the military on how it's such an honor, how you'll be respected by everyone, not everyone could do this job, and so on. Though this is more for low-tier jobs.
>>1055481 Are you asking because you might have a horrible boss or because you might be a horrible boss?
Generally from the perspective of a worker: -Micromanagement -Vague requests -Obvious favoritism -Poor distribution of workload e.g. you have 70 hrs of work to do your peer has 25. -Showing visible anger when it doesn't serve a motivating purpose -Ignoring the input of their subordinates -being unavailable/not following up on blocking issues
>Walks away from you when asked a question he can't be bothered with leaving you alone with a now confused customer.
>When asked for a performance review and suggestions for improvement, only responds with "pick it up some" and "go faster" even though your job requires you hardly moving more then 20feet from your post for most of the day.

Oh fuck this too. Gets pissy at about something not going the way he pictured in his head without communication his thoughts before the transaction ends. Yells, curses, stomps out (almost always the back door, often kicks it open) and turn a nice tomato red. How his health holds, only god knows. Dude really needs weed.
uses >implications instead of communication goes nuts over small details that don't really matter in the big picture does not feel secure unless employees are fearful of him constantly lying and feigning ignorance if something looks bad
>>1055661 >tfw your male boss is everything this anon just described >tfw you're pretty sure he's the most beta bitch you've ever met >tfw he proves the stereotype that computer nerds are weak faggots who turn into assholes once they get a smidge of power >tfw I wish I could quit, but have nowhere else to go >tfw you've always wanted to do stand up comedy but know that Nebraska is a shit place to try and do anything of that nature
