Generally from the perspective of a worker:
-Micromanagement
-Vague requests
-Obvious favoritism
-Poor distribution of workload e.g. you have 70 hrs of work to do your peer has 25.
-Showing visible anger when it doesn't serve a motivating purpose
-Ignoring the input of their subordinates
-being unavailable/not following up on blocking issues
