So I wanna get in on the selling chinese shit on Etsy at a huge markup deal.
Anyone here done it? What are your experiences/advice?
My sister in law sells on it.
Its easy as shit. You can sell junk, call it art, and people will pay way too much for it.

I find that VERY hard to believe.
She makes craft jewlery and keychains.
For example she makes a keychain with like $1 in materials and sells it for ten.
She works probably 20hours a week from home, and makes like $15k - $20k a year. Not bad for a little hobby in her garage.

there's a video on youtube where someone explains all of this
like etsy and the real numbers or something
too lazy to find it
thats how i was able to come up with the 20k a year that you also brought up.

>chinese will undercut me
see what ive noticed is that if people post that they're shipping from somewhere that isnt a "reputable" country, people are cautious.
I saw a beautiful silk scarf at a reasonable price but it didnt seem to get much sales despite it being one of the first listed. I have a feeling it's because it was coming from Bulgeria.
Just remember that Chinese can copy but they can't into creative thinking. Change stuff around every month and there brains explode into fortune cookies and SHABOOM!
I have an Etsy store,do a nice job and people don't mind paying a premium.Made watch straps and some sold for $200.00.Alligator bund strap is a big seller.
Just remember every time you try to make money in a unique way
10 chinks have tried it before you
