Just fuck my life. Why are some people simply superior to 99.99% of people who have ever lived? How can I even compete?

you call an ultimate wagecuck life a success? you work your ass of in some shitty uni for good grades then you intern for free to finally get a 90hours a week job. oh please. sounds like fucking poorfags are trying little too hard
>>
>>1035971
Well of course you would see the best of the best OP, people with shitty credentials and references simply don't bother with LinkedIn to begin with since they don't have much to show for.
>>
>>1035971
They probably aren't shut-in NEETs who think bitcoin is totally going come back like most of this board.
>>
>>1035991
This. Get the fuck off /biz/ wagecucks

This board is for business owners and crypto if you work for a paycheck you should just fuck right off no one cares.
>>
>>1035971
>i want instant success without the hard work
>>
>>1035991

If you don't work, just sit and home and jack off all day in mommy's basement, why post on the business board?

>>1035971

Thing is anon, all those people, if they decided to start a business instead of going through all that it'd be worth millions by now.

>How can I even compete?
You never had a chance anon.
Your parents didn't set you up for the success track and you also have no godlike IQ.
(It's like a new computer game and you only have one try. Either you have someone who tells you what to do beforehand or you figure it out right the first time just by sheer brain power and luck. Third and most likely option is that you just die miserably on first try.)

Here's some advice, kid: There's not a whole lot of room at the top, but more than you'd expect. And there's plenty of room in the middle.

>>

Really? I don't see it that way. That girl in your picture spent her entire childhood life neglected by her cocaine blowing parents while she was pampered by the maid. She would probably fall apart at the first sign of resistance, which is horrible when you own a business. Trump calls them the lucky sperm club. They usually don't go much farther than there parents.
>>
>>1035971

>there are people better than me

Always gonna be the case. Part of business is using your available resources to overcome those people.

They don't need to.

Find out what gym they work at... where they spend their downtime
Hang out at those places
Befriend them
Potentially work your way into a job through their personal referral without ever having to attend the university, go through internships etc

I live in California, so I'll try this with some Stanford kids. Thanks for the idea.
>>
>>1036294
I was looking for Stanford kids and found this instead. A former model is now an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. He is good looking AND smart.
>>
>>1036340
Let me break this down for you:
>10 rich families
>20 rich kids
>eventually marry 20 attractive people
>have half-attractive richer kids
>eventually marry attractive or rich people
>concentration continues

That's why so many attractive people are rich and so many trust fund kids aren't nearly as butt ugly as most self-made millionaires.
>>
>>1036046

>Trump calls them the lucky sperm club.
>him
>calling someone else lucky sperm
>use a massive loan from your father you wouldn't be able to obtain anywhere else and his contacts to make business
>>
>>1036422
The funny thing is that, if you track his finances and claims, he's actually lying too. He had $12,000,000 in his early twenties but claims he didn't turn a profit for his first few years. His dad gave him a $1,000,000 loan and a $11,000,000 gift.
>>
>>1036046
There will always be exceptions to the rule, and they're well worth celebrating, but the fact of the matter is that the majority of people OP described were born into opportunity.

A rich family with the right connections makes for a young adult that never needs to waste time doing menial work for cash - he can study and intern 100% of the time - and having high income and (usually by extension) well connected parents mean that he'll basically have a foot in the door wherever he wants.

Course you need to be reasonably smart to get into Harvard, and very smart for big fat scholarships - which are made easier by not having to work to keep yourself fed as an adolescent/young adult - but they are things you ultimately have to learn. Handicap or no.
>>
it's a combination of good genetics, good upbringing and economic opportunity.

However, these qualities in themselves don't create success. They create a predisposition to success- They aren't part of a "master race" because their parents pushed them harder than yours.

This is a positive of a capitalist society, you can still achieve and succeed more than them. But that means you have to work harder than they do, and at a handicap.

>>1036020

Fill minority quotas for guaranteed jobs
if they dont hire you then throw a hissyfit for them not hiring minorities/women
>>

/thread

How many dicks do you think we're sucked for all of those titles that OP is talking about? Plenty. Wagecucks will forever be the fellatio experts of the work world.
>>
>>1036372
>so many attractive people are rich
Uhhhh... cite your sources. If anything, 'rich' can choose to marry 'attractive people' and 'attractive people' might be chosen ahead of 'ugly people' for promotion, but not to the extent that they become 'rich'

Unless you're a poorfag and 'rich' = lower middle class

>>
>>1035971

1. No pussy is worth the work even if you could somehow PuritanWerkEthik your way to Patrician class like that. No pussy ever.

2. This comes from connections, discipline, talent, luck, and connections. One does not simply GRIND their way in to Goldman or Google. This American Dream meme is played out.

3. Another word on pussy: after 1-60 day novelty period, no pussy is worth more than 4 minutes of frustration/$82 per day. That's for good, young, no condom, keeps it clean, does her kegels pussy. Look for personality or #switch2boipussy like me.
>>
>>1035971
All you have to do is find one specific thing that's in demand and make yourself really good at it. That's why most of the times when you see someone with something fancy sounding, it's actually 5 or 6 things. They get them all for the same reason, and once you have one it's easy to get more.

People in my life think I'm smart. But during the last year of my masters I was surrounded by people with more discipline who were just as smart or smarter. And they even worked and partied besides their study while outperforming me. I found it very depressing seeing so many smart(er) people while I always thought I was at the top.

But I had spend lots of time on martial arts and video games, which has proven to be very useful in life.
>>
Dont compare yourself to others. Its the most pointless thing you can do.
No one else has your exact set of life experiences or circumstances, you literally are a special snowflake who is unique and inimitable.

Be a pioneer, be disciplined and be positive in all your endeavours. I believe in you.

>>
>>1038678
He's Italian and got his PhD at UCL. This isn't difficult in Europe. European universities have lower rigor than American universities.
>>
>>1038947
pretty accurate actually.

got 2 offers from major corporations and one pretty much blatantly said it was because I was a minority. the other i just strongly assume because I was wayy under qualified.

rejected both because >"muh pride", but then I realized most people getting offers were also under qualified and got in through nepotism/cronyism anyway so i regret it.
>>
>>1038971
The world is run by cronyism and nepotism. So most peopel working today are under qualified. There is no such thing as meritocratic values.
>>
>>1036020

Should have taken the blatant minority one too would have gone far with that.
Play the game to win. Right now you're getting dealt awesome hands. Your an idiot for not capitalising on them regardless of the reason.
>>
>>1038962
This is sort of true, but only in that there's less hoop jumping.

They'll look at what you've done academically, almost in isolation. American uni processes sound like job selection processes (where they want to know about all the extra curriculars that they'll make sure you don't have time for again).

He will have had to be strong in his field.

Well the US is a corporatcracy so their universities mimic their society. I should reiterate that, American universities used to be rigirous but they're falling behind alongside European universities. In Europe if you can explain why you got these grades and so then you can be accepted into their grad schools. In the US, you just pay a donation or have a legacy connection and you're in. Of course this is officially banned, but everyone knows this practice continue to this day. He's a model and not working as an engineer, so in essence his degree has failed. Plus his personality is more like /fit/ and /r9k/. I've met models before and their personalities are shit.
>>
>>1036020
Who is that bitch
i'm also pretty sure it's bullshit
doing 2 phd is the most retarded thing ever since the point is to show that u are capable of doing research.
I am doing a machine learning phd now and my parents didn't set me up for shit. they are poorfags in eastern europe. Also I'm still a poorfag just that I get paid to get by to finish this PhD
