about 1000 from 5000. I just fooled around with it for a while. I'd be buying right now if I had the money. VW is very enticing. Getting kicked in the balls right now a bit due to the lawsuits and bad press over emissions and whatnot but let's be honest here, people who buy Volkswagen are still going to buy Volkswagens. I'd wait for it to bottom out though. could take a while. They always seem to bottom out a little bit more with a good follow up news story.
Approximately 400 dollars over the course of a year. Now, this is not a very impressive number taken out of its context. But if you consider that my starting capital was 1200, it equals a 33% increase of capital, which is a fairly good number for a beginner. I think I might be a natural.

one thing I will say also is if you're dealing in smaller amounts it's harder to make money because you have transaction fees to factor into profit margins. I had to deal with 35$ a transaction and I think something similar if there were no transactions for 6 months. Fucking Canada. Anyway I had a little luck and a little foresight that helped me. Made 150% on my biggest investment due to an attempted takeover.
