Im not saying this is how anon does it, but ive used this method.

Many pictures have a person's GPS embedded. If they are "racy" pictures, you can assume they were most likely taken at home. From the GPS, you hit up google maps for the address.

Once you have the address, you hit up the county auditor's website for that location and look up the owner.

Once you have the owner, its off to facebook to look them up, if its not them, they likely are friends with the owner.
