yeah i guess, but just normal squats or something like side squats+normal or what? also wouldn't squats make the butt just muscular and all the fat go away or am i just stupid? i should prolly be asking on /fit/ or something.

pretty sure squats build up your thighs and ass. they both get bigger and firmer but yea initially youll probs lose a bit of the soft fat. pretty sure just high rep moderate weight normal squats is fine for normal grills?
or just have lucky genetics and all your fat goes to your ass.
yeah i guess so, although in my mind doing "sidesquats", lunges and normal squats would make the butt grow in "more directions" and just squats make it round from a sideview. i don't know if i explained that well but i tried.
